Order my food girl taking order got everything wrong sandwich shake and fries. Ordered mint chocolate shake got chocolate when I took it back the girl rolled here eyes and said we don't have it I said ok make it strawberry. Sandwich made completely wrong took it back manage Jason brought it to table and layer it down. Started walking away without saying anything I spoke up said I still waiting on my shake he said we'll what kind did you order I told him mint chocolate but was told they didn't have any. He said he would make my shake 10 minutes later finely got it. Not good customer service this time.
Me and my aunt ate the bomb cheeseburger's and ice cream afterwards. Great food and clean. Friendly staff and fast food. Great place to eat!!
Past few times we have gone it has taken over 15 minutes in the drive thru. Last time I ordered a sundae and got a shake. Not great.
4 stars for the customer service. It was lunch and they were super busy but my husband and I were still attended to and had our food out within 10 minutes. The cashier was an older man that seemed to be working another station but came to take our order anyways, and was super nice and patient about it. Not the cleanest but they seemed short-handed like many other businesses around and we came at a bust time.

Came all the way from Lincoln Nebraska first places we decided to stop and eat at. Let me tell you this was a HUGE MISTAKE this was some of the most DISCUSSING burger that wasn't even made the way I ordered but I still wanted to at least try them I'll never ever recommend or buy anything from this place if it was the last place on earth with food me and my family will DIE FROM STARVATION 10:35am in Oklahoma January 29th 2022 I literally just left from there if you read this know I'm a big foodie love it love trying new foods this place is TRASH...

I was in charge of this market for 8 years I retired in July of 2020 because of COVID-19 making it too risky for me to continue to work. I was very proud of how I maintained the Market area and I was continually complimented by upper management of the company of the outstanding appearance and stock levels of the market. Unless the policies have changed it was only acceptable to be out of three items unless it was a Warehouse out, it would be rare that I would ever be out of anything that wasn't a warehouse out. Milk is supposed to have at least 5-day shelf life or returned, it would be rare that you would ever find any milk on the shelf with not having at least 9 days generally whole and 2% always had 10 with proper rotation meant little to ever return. It really saddens me after they've spent all that money to remodel that there is no focus on the market area anymore that I was on so proud to maintain. I know I should just go to a different Brahms so I wouldn't continue to see this disappointment however this one is only 6 minutes from home. Braum's has the best Milk and I would never buy anything other it is still good up till 5 days after expiration has been my experience.
Traveling through from Tennessee to New Mexico. Met some of my family there. Everyone was very friendly and didn't seem bothered about our impromptu family reunion in their place. Food was great and so was the ice cream.
Service inside is horrible. Grocery is never manned and average check out time is 10 to 15 when your the only person there. (My ice cream has melted waiting for someone to check me out on a weekend...)I keep returning due to your milk. However - I would not use this location if you have another one closer to home....
