The workers are really nice and friendlyI usually go thru the drive to get a quick breakfast grande burrito and drink its always delicious and the service is fast.I enjoy the worker's smiling faces to start off my morning that's my favorite Braums store.
The experience will be different everytime you come depending on staff. Sometimes really great and friendly other times rather cold. When pregnant I was craving a shake with brownies in it. Got it with a meal and they upcharged me for a shake and seperarely for a sundae whenIt was just a small blended shake with a brownie in it. It ended up being over $10 cant remember if it was 12 or 14. So don't do modifications.
Ok experience, poor stocking of products!!Guess braums is making enough money with the lack of stocking a store properly!!Disappointed to not find Vanilla in cups!!Have to find a better place to buy Ice-cream!!
Well every time I get a strawberry shortcake double dip why is it that I can't get the right amount of Ice cream to cover the cake not a half of scoop this is everytime I know that they have a certain amount and I'm sure that's not it.
Ordered a Malt with extra Malt, got ice cream that wasn't mixed well at all, basically just scoops of ice cream. Had to get a spoon and dump it into a bowl and eat it instead of drink it. Also No Malt!!!!! AT ALL!!! Ordered a large fry to go with the Malt. They were cold and tasted like day old fries. Just nasty. The girl in the window seemed super put out that we were even in the drive thru. Not friendly at all. Very bad experience all around. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The Braums off of 39th expressway is much much better. Avoid this Braums. I would give zero stars if it were possible.
Very warm environment most evenings. Good food, sometimes you may get it fresh. The fries can be too salty sometimes. Other than that, it's a good place to get a quick bite!
Of course the grocery section is always great. The food is really hit or miss. If it's made for you fresh then it's a winner everytime, but they are good for sleeping you old held chicken patties and old crusty burger meat as well. And the fries...well same as the rest. Great when made right then but awful it's not.
The lady working gave me and my bf a single dip cone but it didn’t even fill up the whole cone? I try not to be a complete Karen but that was disappointing lol
I'm 30 weeks pregnant and they made me the perfect hamburger. I went from hangery to very happy as soon as I bit it to the burger.
Braum's is the best burger place I know of. Haha down. Best burger, best fries, and the best ice cream. If only there's some way to get free food, it'd be the perfect restaurant.
