Kinda a mess, not very well organized and when it is busy....well be prepared to wait and not have any real idea of how or what to do in line. There is a icecream line and at the other end 2 registers. Is there suppose to be a line over there? No one knows because none of the staff will direct people where to go and people are just going where ever.It's pretty aggravating tbh. Because people are just ordering and skipping other people and ice cream line people are ordering regular food, idk just use the drive through and save yourself a head ache if you don't want to be cut in line or stuck behind the wrong people ordering.
Normally I would say something great. Like how much I love the Braums sauce. But...I have had several times in the last month that have made me want to discontinue coming to this location. So first I had a frozen fry in my order, called but refused the comp replacement. Then I ordered again fries, found another frozen fry and called again and it was like I was brushed off. So then I returned for a sundae, did not give me the correct order so brings me to today. I ordered a fruity frozen drink and my first sip I had something come through the straw. My particular order does not include chocolate chips. There was probably a tablespoon worth of mini chocolate chips in this drink. Absolutely disgusting and probably won't be back after this yrop. Unfortunately this is the closest location to me and I'd rather drive the distance to get the correct order.
Great as long as you don’t want any Braums sauce, they either barely put any in a container or don’t give you it or give you something different. I have never not had a problem simply getting sauce at this drive through. Stop advertising if your going to act like you constantly have a shortage of sauce. This is every single time I order here. I hate this braums. I shouldn’t have to spend my lunch breaks making two trips every time.
It's braums. Good fastfood would recommend substitute your drink for a shake of sorts. It doesn't have to be just vanilla or chocolate either which is great.
I have never had a "BAD" experience at this particular store but I have had a few that were not great. I have started buying most of my dairy & breads here along with a few different kinds of fruit (apples, oranges, grapes, limes and tomatoes) and occasionally I'll get meat (lunch meat, sausage, ground beef) but it costs quite a bit more so I try to restrict myself from buying anymore than I need to make it until I can get to the grocery store. The biggest & most common issue for me is items being out of date especially when I am paying more for their products and a couple days later it's not useable. So I'm constantly telling myself to remember to check the date for every item because I certainly don't have money to waste.
See past three times I have visited this store has been the worst encounter with Braum's I have ever had in my life! The people here including the manager are extremely rude and lazy oh, the food is cold and old, and they act as if they're too busy standing around looking so smart they can't even make a shake yet until I get up and politely say something about it and then the manager who is a female was extremely rude about it and said she'll get to it now and it's a fries weren't fresh I could throw them away very very very unprofessional and disturbing! The managers name is Hannah.
The night off 3/23/22 @ 10pm I ordered 2 meals and the frys were refried. The box that the frys come in was greasy as hell. I looked at the frys and most of them had a layer of oil. I called to get them changed and they did so. While I was wait on my fries, I see fry cook just pulling the basket of frys up and putting them straight to the fry bin. He put no effort to get the oil off the frys. This would be time number 3. I think this younger generation of workers don't care or have heart at what they do.
Today's experience at the drive-thru was one of the most pleasant in sometime. The drive thru attendant passing out food was thorough stating what he was handing to us along w brief pleasantries. We have frequented this Braum's for years. We've noticed less personable, more contractual exchanges of recent past. Just wanted to thank the young man working today just before 3p for his work ethic and upbeat demeanor. His approach should be modeled for training.
We were one of a few orders that were incomplete or altogether wrong. Staff appeared to be newer. Two stars is for food we did receive being almost ice cold. Would be perfect for ice cream, but not chicken and a cheeseburger.
Cold burger,old nasty bacon but hot frys this time Only because drive thru was busy..the frys are always cold or uneatable.Only reason I went here was only place I could find cause of weather.This place always disappoints on food they cook. Back to not going here.lol
