Good clean restrooms. Plenty of Handicap ♿️accessible parking?️ Friendly service... EVEN AT CLOSING TIME! Great selection of produce(fruits and vegetables) AND frozen entreès AND fresh meat and of course dairy products. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonably priced items, even when the economic climate isn't so great at the moment. I have great memories of Braums. From my childhood, and going to get a hot fudge sundae or ice cream cone or hamburger, to it being my first job at 16-( I'm 59 now... So that was back in the '70's?) but THIS PARTICULAR VISIT, was really great! Not our first time there and certainly won't be the LAST ?
Came on Saturday evening 5/28 and store was not clean and food service was terrible. Food was mediocre at best. Tea was out in drink area and I let them know but nothing was done an hour after telling them.Braums in Texas is always great places with clean stores and great food and service but this one is run like its a mcdonalds....Very disappointed!
my rating on this is from one bad experience. i love braums but i got stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes. their card reader wasn't working i guess. the tried my card but it wouldnt work so i left agrivated and Hungary. at 12 am that night they charged my card for the meal i ordered. but i still like braums. hope they get it worked out.
Sadly the food quality here continues to diminish. Ice cream and yogurt are still delicious.... I suggest upping your game on the rest or stick with what you know best.
Been going to this Braums for years and it never fails everytime I go in there I'm greeted with up beat ,charming ,smiling ,polite employees! It makes the shopping experience great! You guys keep up the good work and stay cool jack!??
The people who work there are just young kids because I don't usually go until right before they close. It's a great addition in Choctaw, OK. They have Amazing ice cream ? an there right in our Buget!! ??✌Keep up the good work!! ?? ??????
I'm quite surprised with how poor this location was, especially considering that it is attach directly to the Braums CORPORATE office.... No one was in the store when I was trying order and it took 5 minutes to get assistance from the cashier. Half the tables were dirty and had trash still on them (worst part is there were the tables on the side of the diving wall the workers could directly see from the counter). Ordered a number 14 with no pickles and look, I actually had to pull the pickles off (pictured).. wow. When the order was ready my number wasn't called, I just happened to lookup there after getting my drink and noticed the food was there. Super fast to get the food out but slow to ring you up, and won't call your number so keep your eyes peeled.
Only downside about this set up of this restaurant is the sharp turn in the curve in the parking lot by the payment window. Doesn’t matter what vehicle I am driving, I always feel like I’m going to hit the wall. This location seems to be popular with trailers/construction/large vehicles and RVs because of the size of the parking lot. This is also their headquarters and training center so the building seems much larger compared to all other Braums. Because of this, they always seem to be well stocked in the grocery department and have fresher produce than most other locations.
We went through the drive-thru , we made our order 1 item. It took us thrity minutes to get our order. Not only that you could see the workers goofing and off hitting each other and just kinda standing around b.s.ing .My order was wrongly made as well.
I'm rarely disappointed with braum's this location was no different than the others my server was wonderful the ice cream was good my Sundae was delicious and all things weather permitted I might have another one today that was 63rd and I-35
