This is a pretty good Braums. It's always nice and tidy. I'm always greeted when I come into the store and someone is usually ready to get your order pretty quickly. This is a good Braums to come to and I highly recommend this on. The restrooms are always clean as well. The employees always look put together and not ice cream and food smeared all over themselves like other locations, then leaning over into the ice cream with dirty sleeves. Not this braums. Even drive thru is very quick and our food is always right. And who knew about Braums sauce??? Ummmm I've been missing out forever and finally discovered it from a friend. That's really good stuff. Alot of flavor with a tiny kick of spice at the end. Yummy!!! Love this Braums!! Will definitely be back again soon.
Responded to us over intercom with a disrespectful tone, as if we were an inconvenience to them. We still showed politeness, yet they continued to greet us with extremely poor tone. They didn't put the coffee lids on correctly, and coffee spilled onto my lap. Thankfully I wore jeans and only redness of skin occurred. They took everything correctly on the screen, yet when we arrived home, nothing was correct. We will never go to this location, again. It has given us a lot to think about with the company as a whole, in fact. The quality of product and service is slowly dwindling.
First, I usually like Braums. But, when I asked if they make a diet cherry limeade. The answer should be “no.” Without the syrup or a diet version like Sonic has it is not even in the ballpark of what you expect.
They were short staffed, but worked well with who they had. Only one thing missing was a greeting or acknowledgement of your presence in the store when a customer comes in.
Love braums, but their service speed is awful, even dough they had enough workers I had to wait longer than expected to buy ice cream on fresh market, I went to food counter and waited even longer the cashier was new so she had to call for help. Not a good experience specially when you go in there because you think it will be faster than a grocery store
Best burger fresh n juicy. Couldn't even get a picture but you can imagine a bacon cheeseburger ..
Been a few years but here I am. Great food but gotta say, some trash on the floors. Ran out of sweet tea, the server Clay was ehh nice but didn't say anything only hmmhmm. ?♂️ bad part is I use to work at a Braums, so I know what they expect.
I’m from California and if you would’ve asked me before I moved to Oklahoma City what my favorite burger was they would always be in and out. But now that I’ve moved here I must say the Brahms burgers with extra Brahms sauce is right up there at the top notch. The fries are way better than anywhere else in town. I also recommend going into the grocery store in trying them out or something about it that’s better than any other knocking town.
The cream is the best. I miss the ice cream. I live in Georgia.
Drive thru was quick but when the cashier at the first window handed my card back, it was sticky like he had dropped it in syrup. When I got my food from the second window, my cup had a full layer of chocolate shake on the outside…it dripped down the sides and got all over my hands and pants. Luckily I had my OWN napkins in my car I could use to clean up their messes. Is it too difficult to have a rag to wipe down items before handing it to the customer?
