I never give a bad review my reviews are only the positive ones because if I'm going to start reviewing people with their opportunities and needs for change I first need to see the $change in my pocket.This one is different though. Since I cant come tell the management how I felt about the experience I will post it on here and see if anyone else has been treated the same.Just a min ago o went by for a bag of burgers for my dogs (plain ofcurse) and from the order taker to the last person who gave me my food I felt hate...yes hate...as soon as they spoke on the drive through speaker and when they saw me there was this tone of voice and stare as if they'd rather throw the entire building on my head. I smiled several times with no effect. I know I know I know...they are tired, it is Saturday lunch time, they are overworked and under paid...blah blah blah. I've been there 30 years in fast food...(this is why I know it was NOT just a bad momment) the looks and mood and demeanor in this employees it is already a culture. I wont change it by complaining nor I care if they do I will simply stop coming there. But maybe this gets to the right people and they can interview their employees to find out why are they having such a scary attitude. Who knows.... and I'm not looking for free food, coupons or an appology please by all means dont bother responding.
I would like to say that my family and I HV been regulars at BRAUMS #5 on Rt 66 since it was built. Not only is that the BRAUMS my children & brothers children grew up in. I love the fact it's on Rt 66 and store 5 this store should be #1. We've 100s of great family and friends time in that store. We not only eat there but frequent there for of coarse ICE CREAM( BEST EVER PUT IN A TEST WITH ANY OTHER HANDS DOWN) , MILK( WHICH NOW they HV MILK US LACTOSE INTOLERANCE PEOPLE CAN FINALLY USE) FARM FRESH EGGS, MY FAV THEIR YOGURT. WE ARE SO EXCITED ABOUT ALL THE NEW PRODUCTS CONSTANTLY BRINGING INTO THEIR FRESH MARKET... Let's help MAKE IT Historical LANDMARK on Rt 66. Also PLEASE REMEMBER BRAUMS IS NOT FAST FOOD...BRAUMS IS A FARM AND A DAIRY and the stores are where we are Blessed to gain the experience of Oklahoma HISTORY..
I normally have good experiences here but a couple a weeks ago, it was not good. Waited in the drive thru for a long time. The lime hardly moved and there wasn't even a long line or many cars in the parking lot. When I worked in fast food, drive thru was priority. Went inside since paying to find female employees talking to male customers instead of working. I guess they get paid to stand around and flirt with people instead of serving/selling food. Maybe management doesn't work Friday evenings.
Great shakes…food could be better but ice cream is always good
We normally go here every Sunday for our ice cream and have had no issues. Today however was a horrible experience. We ordered 2 sundaes, one with nuts and one without. They BOTH had nuts. STRIKE 1. We then asked to have our ice cream sundaes in a bag and were told that WE had to bag it ourselves. I'm sorry, WHAT?! I have NEVER been asked to bag my own food while in the drive thru. STRIKE 2. We also ordered some chicken strips with TWO gravies, it magically was already bagged ?, but I always check to make sure nothing was forgotten.... and low and behold the 2nd gravy we asked for was missing. STRIKE 3. I nicely asked for the 2nd gravy and was given attitude about it. Offered my receipt for proof and the guy at the window just gave me a stank eye and then magically put the gravy in a bag. Needless to say it was a VERY frustrating experience. Very sad and hope management can rectify the situation.
Good, fast service. The burger was a little overdone, but it's a fast food burger. I'm a fan of the Braums sauce which is what I dip my fries in, so if you've never tried it you should.
This has always been one of my favorite places to go. The reason one star got deducted was due to the place always being dirty, making it hard to see what kind of ice-cream they had, and they are understaffed a little. Otherwise, I love this place!
Just a heads up to management, and the cooks. It is very disappointing to receive food in this manner. Pancakes were paper thin, cooked in bacon grease, and were just splattered on the grill, not even a round pancake. Arrived at work, and did not even eat them. This is the kind of thing that turn people away. Be in tune to what type of service, and your crew is providing.
Not only did we wait in drive thru for about 20 minutes...atLEAST... when we get our food you'd think it would've been hot...NOPE! Cold fries....cold burger and my chicken club "crispy" was just a little TOO crisp! It tasted like it had been cooked yesterday and reheated in microwave where it came out like a piece of jerky! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I won't be back to this location. I wish I lived closer to this location...I would've returned food and asked for my money back!! $8.00 WASTED!!??.
Overall good experience, everything was done in a very timely manner and the food was prepared well, as well as freshly. Friendly staff and quick in and out times, this is a good one for sure!
