They only filled up my hashbrowns halfway :( I cant stand it when places do that. Youre making people have to check their entire meals before they pull away from the drive thru. And I dont want to be that guy and waste everybody elses time but if the person scooping the hashbrowns or fries or tots cant be trusted to fill up the container all the way, thats a major breach of customer trust. You cant be doing that, its unacceptable and its theft to be completely frank. I paid for a product, I would like to receive ALL of the product that I paid for. Not half of it.
I come to this location about 2-3 times a week during my lunch break, but today After pulling in i was asked to wait a moment. I said thats fine.. about 15 seconds pass and I'm asked this time to wait for 5 minutes... theres nobody else in the line so i ask "5 minutes?" Kinda concerned. This is when 3 people jump on the intercom and say "5 seconds" this was shocking that so many prople could listen to the conversation understand whats going on. And yet, do nothing to resolve the situation. This was all fine, unpleasant and unprofessional, but still tolerable given I'm at a fast food establishment and i don't expect much from these employees, obviously their "boss" doesnt either. But what caused me to leave before placing my order is the laughter that i heard over the intercom after i had been told by 3 people to wait for 5 seconds. After being laughed at by these employees i didn't feel safe having them prepare my food. I will not be returning to this location. However i will still frequent the locations on the Northwest side of town who are at least respectful of their customers.
Horrible staff, Horrible service! I went to braums to get my children some food and icecream for dinner and I had asked one of the ladies a younger girl with blonde hair for some help and she seemed irritated by me and rushed! Not the friendly service I've received from other locations! I asked to speak to a manager and she informed me that she was one and that I could leave her store? WOW! won't be returning anytime soon, you just lost a faithful customer!
I was there about 3:45/4:00 The young boy that waited on me was working the front making cones and sundaes. He was a short Hispanic young man. He did not like his job and he did not do a good job. It was absolutely terrible. There was a man in front of me and it took 15 minutes to do his order. He walked very slow, talked where you could not hear him. Then he had his finger stuck in my ice cream and I told him I hope your hands were clean since your finger was in my ice cream, he said no it wasn't that was the lid. Well I saw his finger in my ice cream. He should not be working if he doesn't even know what to do.
They gave me my ice cream and then had to wait for almost 5 minutes before I got my food while sitting in the drive thru. Just expected my food then the ice cream so it wouldn't melt other than that it was ok
Went inside for a ice cream and lady that attended me was in a horrible mood. I understand that it can be stress ful but don't take it out on the customers.
My sister and I came for a quick dinner thinking it was going to be a easy in and out. Waited for the food for 30 minutes with an empty lobby. Half way into waiting we asked them if our order was almost finished. Had to retell them what we had ordered, somehow lost our order and finally started making it. Not only that, but the lobby was filthy food everywhere on the floor and tables and sauces at the counter were completely out. Definitely will not be back.
Better than the restaurant on 44th and sunnylane but still had to wait too long for the food and drinks they keep forgetting our order and what we order
Ordered a double cheeseburger with mayo. Got this and didn't' find it til I got back to work. Guess I wont be using this one anymore.
I always look forward to visiting Braums. Wonderful food, awesome ice cream and great service. Every time I visit Oklahoma I have to stop in for some treats. It always brings back great memories from when my grandparents were alive. A must visit if you're in the area.
