I give 1* because there's no lower option. I had a burger remade due to the rancid onions and low temperature of the meat. I observed the cook grab raw patty, grab cooked pattie, pour water on grill, touch wall behind veggie/cheese/meat cart, grab cheese, then grab veggies, make the order all while wearing same glove and cross-contaminating the food. This was my burger I was watching being prepared, it was sat on front of me, I asked for the mgr., she came out, I told her my issues, she proceeded to actually try to argue, caught a defensive attitude, I then asked for a refund. I will not spend my money in a local establishment that can't handle customer service any better than what I experienced.
During the pandemic the only fast food that was open no employee shortage to where it was drive thru only. I'm in a truck and trailer hard to to pull into the drive thru.
Chocolate heath mix with almonds snd and whipped cream. Every time. Today they didn't make it Chocolate but, was delicious.
This place has the worst customer service EVER! the manager doesn't even know how to be professional. Before I could even place my order I was cut off in the middle of my sentence with a "is this all".. When it continued to happen I got an attitude said that's not the way one is supposed to take orders and the manager took over the speaker and was completely rude. Stated they'd make sure to get my order wrong. The gentleman that was at the window however was very polite and kept apologizing. But when my food was done the manager wouldnt let him hand it out she did herself and basically threw my food out the window to me. This place needs some serious training in customer service.
The girl working the drive through this morning March 11th at 10:30 was so sweet!! She deserves a raise she. had amazing customer service
This is a very good place to eat the last time I was there the people were very friendly and it didn't take very long to get my order
Ordered the bag of burgers and the meat was over cooked ,very dry and meat was hard. The service was good but I have had better and expected better from here.
Braums always has it going except when you order shakes seems nobody knows how to do it at first takes too long but everything else is great burgers are better then any other fast food. Love the store side, wish they would carry half and half in larger containers
Well went for breakfast last week place was awfully slow service was pretty straightforward not alot of happinessWell which doesn't even bother meWhat bothered me is I get way down the road and it's just one thing so no biggie except the one thing is what is used to feed urself sunofa NO PLASTIC FORK OR KNIFE FOR MY BISCUITS AND GRAVYso I had to move off my butt and stretch my legs out by going into 7/11 to get fork and knife to est my already should've been eaten cold biscuits and gravyLol
This was honestly the worst experience I have had at a braums in years I had to send my order back 3 Times and then finally just accepted what they gave us they were too busy joking around at the window that I had to repeat my order 4times and every time he repeated it back wrong . the guy honestly looked too high to even focus. Then I get my ice cream I ordered double toppings I didn't even get half my toppings and then I barely even got a normal amount of topping. Also bought the tender dinner was burnt and I didn't get my fries nor bread or roll I just got burnt tenders a snack pack and some sauce Won't go back to this one .
