Employees are very friendly; items that are in stock are always made presentable and available; I always leave full and satisfied and already planning on what I'm going to have here next time I stop. The ONLY negative thing that I regretfully have to say about Braums is that every single one I've ever went to have not been the cleanest. And I'm talking from the parking lot to the trash can at the front door entrance to the drink machine and condiments area to the table and chairs in the eating area .... and, expectedly, the restroom. Get that important issue resolved and you guys can't be beat.
we asked for TWO bananas splits with just strawberry ice-cream and no syrup. Then they come back with ONE container with just three scoops of strawberry ice-cream no banana no cherry no whip cream. We tried to tell the man that the order was wrong then he said we asked for two strawberry scoops and one vanilla with nothing else. :| they made a 12 year old girl cry they should get better workers. Never going there again.
Braums in general always gets 5 stars from me, I'm a huge fan and eat there at least twice a week!!However this one experience from this one Braums in particular is lackluster. Food was fine, got my junior chocolate shake per usual and its literally a milkshake lol and came 3/4 full. Not sure what happened here but no thanks.
The guy at the cash register seems to be under the influence of something, I had to repeat my order 5 times and he was listening to someone on his headsets and laughing. He wasn't able to focus on the keyboard of the register and push the buttons. Finally a lady came to help me, she was super nice and apologized about the other guy who stayed laughing about nothing the entire time. My waiting time for my food was 30 minutes. First time visiting Braums and not planning to visit again.
Well, I guess there's a first for everything. I've been sitting in the line for about 30 minutes now, blocked in, waiting for the line to move. I'm not sure if I'm waiting for food or being held captive at this point, but I've decided to post here for help. Perhaps the management will see my review and show mercy upon me. We shall see. "Fast" food....redefined! ?
This has got to be the worst Braum’s I’ve ever been to as far as service is concerned; more specifically the evening service. In a he mornings they’re a lot better. Don’t come here if you don’t want to spend a great deal of time just standing at the counter to place an order. The staff move like they’ve all just taken a bottle full of Valium. It seems they have every single person just working the drive through.
I ordered iced coffee. I got hot coffee instead. I returned it. I ate my sandwich. My iced coffee was still not ready. The cashier continued to wait on other customers. When she finally fixed my coffee it was terrible. Apparently Braums makes iced coffee by putting ice in hot coffee which makes coffee flavored slightly cool water. First time I got anything that wasn't yummy at Braums. Oh, also tried to call the store. No answer.
Braum's never dissapoints!! Their delicious burgers, fries, drinks and shakes keep me coming back. I also love being able to shop for things I may need without having to go to a huge grocery store. They have (almost) everything I need.
Fantastic service always. I come here often but today I ordered two spinach and mushroom omelette sandwiches. I was given two Spanish omelette sandwiches. Y’all need to get rid of that, it is quite a nasty one lol.
Braum's has the best milk in the state. Period. Superb. They also make a great cheeseburger, sometimes you can get five for next to nothing, so it's a super deal. I am particularly fond of their ice cream. They have a LOT of flavors to choose from, and if you can catch them on sale you can get two of the gallons for 7 bucks, allowing you to experiment with their riskier flavors that you might not ordinarily get without breaking the bank.Recommend to: ice cream junkies, fast food fanatics (burgers and chicken tenders), people looking to get bread, milk, butter, etc. and be in and out fast.
