I love the people here but they do not keep the freezers cold enough for the ice cream they serve at the counter and the drive thru, so your ice cream will be dripping all over when they hand it to you and melty. Maybe they do this make it easier to scoop but it is messy and not very good. I avoid this Braum's now because of that. The burgers will be cold and the cheese not melted, too.
Every time I come here I have to teach these people how to do their jobs they wanted to charge me for Carmel bc I wanted it instead of hot fudge then refused to let me talk to a manager last time I was here they were eating food in front of me at the window while making my sandwiches then I called and the manager refused to give me her name I will be calling corporate this is uncalled for they need to be closed down or everyone fired then when I talked to the manager she told me what do I expect her to do she only works there maybe I should just pay the extra dollar she is charging me or maybe I’m poor and can’t afford it very offended and I will make sure people know how terrible these employees are.Update: went to another braums and they gladly substitute my Carmel with not questions added now argument or not attitude job and OH…!!! there is a button !!! I did not get everything I ordered they left out the 1/4 Bac chz, 1/4 chzburger I call them and ask me to bring the product back in I was like how my grandkids ate that then she wanted to argue with me and I told her I was calling corporate and I am a reviewer I just want my food instead she gave me a headache don't go here unless you check your order before you leave cause it wasn't that busy unless yall are high cause obviously you not doing your job right
Service was poor. Told the young lady we were dining in. When our order # was called, there were two to-go bags on the counter. I called my order number to a young man and he went back to the grille and came back and stood there. I again, called out my order number and he pointed to one of the bags on the counter. I told him we were dining in, of which he said nothing. I got back to the table and my honey asked where her shake was. She went to get it but had to wait for them to make it. When she got back to the table our food was cold, and her shake had big clumps of ice cream in it. She went back up to get it stirred up better! What a terrible experience!
Love the ice cream and milk wish the biscuit would come in just had to go to other store to get can biscuit but hamburger isn't bad like the breakfast
Another stop on my unending quest for chocolate macaroon ice cream. I have found it at one location in the metro. One store tells me, "It's seasonal". The next one says, "We don't have it". Yet another store tells me, "we just got that in"! Corporate headquarters tells me, "It's not in the system as far as production schedule". Come on guys! Get a guy hooked on something and then take it from him!? You people have obviously never experienced withdrawals from anything. Braum's would always have 5 stars from me if there were a bit more consistency.
Braums is always a good choice if you've got a craving for a burger or ice cream it's always top notch. 2 thumbs way up. ??
The location was clean, friendly employee at the register.. however, the employee was new and didn't upsize the shake "free" with the combo to a small like advertised as asked. The manager seemed angry that she had to remake the shakes as a small, and then charged us a dollar more (2$) as a result. Other than that mishap, the food was decent, and it didn't take long to receive the order.
Everytime I see their billboards I have to stop. It had been 7-8 years since my last visit. GUESS WHAT? It is still the same tasty cheeseburger that I remembered it to be.
Braum's so unusually fun I got fruit which is strawberries they were big and very juicy they even sell no sugar added ice cream yep they got some money from me and going to again lol my son has been wanting one of their $10 burgers it's three meat patties cheese with all the fixings I didn't think he was going to be able to fit it in his mouth lol but he did he loved every bit of it
