We don’t come here often because of the constant issues. The chicken strips in the chicken strip dinner were the size equivalent of ONE raising canes strip. I ordered a double cheese burger and it came with ONE patty.I called the store and the manager said she knew exactly what the issue was: they are training. If the people you’re training don’t know that a double means two, you’ve got problems. If you’re training people, who is quality controlling the items that leave the window?? She said she’d put my name in “the blue book” and I could come back for an order remake. I wish this was our first issue with braums but the location at 17th and classen is one of the worst, if not THE worst location in the city. I won’t be getting a remake, however, I will be getting my money back.Work on quality control that is desperately needed at this location or just shut it down and let something else be built there that will actually be a smooth running store.
Arrived @ 10:28 am to order lunch. Was told i couldn’t order lunch until 10:30. So I could have stayed in the drive in line and inconvenienced everybody behind me or drive off. What different ingredients do they use for lunch that they don’t use for breakfast. And if they really do use different ingredients would they have them ready in 60 seconds.
25 minute wait time for 4 sausage biscuits and a side of gravy and rude customer service I would just skip it and go to sonic down the street
Rude service @ drive thru. Simple order of junior burger, small fry, small diet coke. Fries ice cold, drink is a Dr. Pepper, no mustard on burger. This Braum's needs to train employees about customer service.
The customer service was horrible, place food for pick up but didn't call my number! Food seat there for 10minutes! The person taking the order was extremely rude ? and then both of them had the nerves to be mad! ? mad I spent my money with this crew! ?
This location is the worst example of a Braum's I've ever been to. Dirty, poorly run, slow, inattentive employees. It really is sad because it represents Braum's very poorly. If that was my first impression of a Braum's I'd never go back. Luckily the ones closer to me are nice and I don't have to visit this one again.
Customer Service really sucksMy food wasn't prepared the way I asked.Ten minutes went by after I received the food I had to go back to the register to remind them I had two chocolate shakes coming and still had to wait on those.?
We waited in the drive thru for a good 15 minutes. 6th in line. No orders were taken the entire time. We only moved up in line because one person in front of us left. We left shortly after they did. Went to a different braums about 5 minutes away. Ordered quickly in drive thru and then sat there for 10 minutes, looking at our melting ice cream through the window as the 2 workers inside worked tirelessly to fill orders inside. Finally got our goodies, melting and running down the cone....
I ordered a #7 was sold a #8, no problem there. Problem was that my chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked. The edges of the meat was thin and cooked but the center of the very small fillet was thick and very undercooked. I will not be going back there. That’s the first time that’s happened there but not the first time I’ve gotten an undercooked chicken sandwich from Braums. Reno blvd in Midwest city also. The one got there was actually still frozen.
This Braums is UNBELIEVABLE. They never got me my meal and when I asked for a new one cause they didn’t make it they refused to make me a new one. This has happened multiple times but this time I started crying.
