5 star review is related to the food, however the operations needs serious attention. Read below ⬇️Blaze has been at this location for a long time, the pizzas are good and they have options to customize and build your own. ??The Food was not bad however we did notice a few things which needed improvement.* There were 4 employees on the clock on a mid shift, with only one customer in the store. ?* Shift lead stayed in the back of the kitchen area and stayed on the phone, while the other three employees just talked and stood around. ?* One employee was changing and stocking the food on the line and he just filled the items on top of the old food without changing the pans ?* There was a lot of wasted food on the floor and none of the 4 employees cleaned or swept it. It was spreading all over and getting under the shoe bottoms. ?Overall the food is good, the owner needs to pay attention to the labor cost, there is no reason for 4 employees to be just standing around, while the lobby and kitchen needed attention. We love to support local businesses and we hope they continue to grow and get better.I hope this review will help them reevaluate their labor and operating methods.
We have been to this location a handful of times. The manager seems to be very patient as he is training someone(s) every time we are there. On this particular visit, there was a group of moms that brought their kids (12 yrs and under) probably 10 of them. The kids were terribly loud, I mean terribly loud. We sat outside, as it was over stimulating my MIL. The manager was kind enough to bring the pizzas out to us. He really is a great guy.I've had the Gluten-free pizza and the Cauliflower pizza, both are great, but hands down the Cauliflower crust is outstanding. My husband has had the pepperoni several times and enjoys it as well.
Absolutely the best pizza place in town. Always clean and the staff are top notch. The manager always greats us and remembers us as returning customers. Always takes the extra time to get my daughter ranch for her pizza! Thank you all!
I had so much fun building my own pizza! The workers were very kind and prompt! What I love about this specific location is how much they pack the ingredients! I got really full after eating 2 slices of pizza! Also, the workers support for wearing the LGBTQAI+ pins was such a nice touch for inclusion. Oh I do recommend the pesto and marinara sauce combo when you build your pie!
Been passing by this place for a long time, finally went and it didn’t let down. They have two options either menu specials or you can make your own.We got the bbq chicken and the meat eater. The order didn’t take that long and it came out perfectly cooked. The toppings were perfect and it had the thin crest. Will be definitely back.Suggestion: disposable plate would be great.
Better than expected. We decided to dine in everyone was super nice, great customer service, clean and the food was perfect! Will definitely come back if we are in the area.
Fantastic service. Pizzas are delicious, quick, and not expensive. They don't nickel-and-dime you for each individual topping like regular pizza places (*ahem* Domino's). One price, all the toppings you want. Also they have gluten-free and vegan options.
Great tasting pizza and served quickly.
Best pizza in a long time. It was so good. Gotta grab another one before I head back to Texas.
My boyfriend ordered a create your own pizza around 5:10pm and we didn’t get our pizza until 7:00pm. When we received the pizza it was half cold and didn’t have pepperonis on it like we ordered. Typically, we are very satisfied with our food and there aren’t any issues but unfortunately today was a disappointment.
