Ordered a hot link plate with coleslaw and potato salad. The potato salad tasted like it came from a tin at Walmart and the hot links were barely above room temperature. Save yourself the possible food poisoning and go get your barbecue somewhere else
Today was my first time here. The staff was super friendly during the lunch rush. Food is amazing and the sandwiches are big. I was super hungry and order way too much. Got the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with sweet BBQ sauce, which comes with their chips, baked beans and peach cobbler. All that was under $16 and so yummy. Definitely gonna become a favorite spot!

Don’t do it! Tastes like fast food. No real bbq flavors no real seasoning.
Was driving through OKC and found this place on google. I love to try new bbq places and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I had the chopped brisket, hot link and ribs. Both had plenty of smoke flavor (did not taste boiled like another review said) and the texture was perfect. I’m somewhat of a purist when it comes to brisket so I wasn’t sure how I would like the chopped style, but it was smoky, juicy and beefy. Absolutely delicious. Fried okra was cooked to order so it was hot and crispy. Cheesy potatoes were good, but I’d try something different next time probably. The two guys working were very friendly and checked on me after I sat down to see if I needed anything. Overall, couldn’t be happier with the experience and hope to go back through OKC sometime soon so I can stop back in at Blakes.
It was alright. A previous person said that yhe food is in a hot steamer like a cafeteria. Yeah I got the brisket sandwich and the meat must of sat awhile since it was like eating damp sawdust. I felt sick afterwards. Green beans were not good either. I might try them again just because they are close to my work.
First time trying Blake's BBQ. Everything was fantastic. We will be returning customers.
The ribs were dry and crusty couldn't eat them. Beans must have come from a can.
I came in for their daily special, it was their smoked pork sandwich w/ two sides. I chose macaroni n cheese and a hearty serving size of the fried okra for my sides. Portion sizes were very well considering that I ate every last bite. 1 drink would cause you to bloat up.The pork sandwich did not have condiments but the sandwich was completely loaded. Some meat will fall out of the sandwich despite the massive bun size. The meat was fairly moist and the smoke flavor popped among the subtle seasonings. The BBQ sauce was the best part of the plate. I had the spicy BBQ sauce but the heat was a perfect blend of sweet and hot. It wasn't overbearing or enough to force me to hydrate. Mixed with the Pork sandwich, created an amazing combination.Fair price for a good size meal. The setting is very American. I'm sure I'll be back for more in the near future. Thank you?
Great food, good prices. Miss Blake's in Moore, but I know where I can still get my fix.
