I have dined at Black Walnut several times and have not been disappointed. The food and drinks are always great.

Yalll we split the tomahawk steak and idk how you get that kind of char/taste on a steak. It was heaven. Will be back to try more. We also had the chevre and turnip leaf salad which were sooo good. The service was also amazing and helpful.
We had made reservations for my wifeâs birthday but never had it mentioned once we arrived. We were seated in a corner table next to the kiosk where all of the waiters enter their orders. We were so crowded in that corner and constantly had butts in our faces from the waiters congregating there. It got so bad that we had to scoot the table several feet away on our own. They were out of nearly every wine we asked for. The appetizers were OK. The main courses were nothing spectacular. The only thing that saved our meal was our waiter who was doing his best given what he had to work with. For this price itâs better to just stick to someplace with a proven track record. We wanted to like our experience here but it fell far short of expectations, especially for a special occasion.

We made reservations a week in advance for my birthday. Nothing was ever said or done for my birthday. They sat us at the table right in front of the computers where the waiters put in the orders. We had butts in our faces all night long. We had to move the table to try and get some space. The Apps. Where yummy but our main course was only so so. I had two olive pits in my food. And they where out of every wine we tried to order. We sat for long periods of time with no water. Only redeeming thing was our waiter was super nice and tried.
Love love love this place. The food is 5 STAR quality and taste. Definitely worth your money. Gives rich vibes. And the staff is amazing. Highly recommend the Tomahawk steak ??

Everything was great but the tomahawk steak we both ordered was not hot. Other than that it was a great experience. The service was great.
One of our favorites places in OKC for a date night, the service is always wonderful! (Shout out to Brandon!) The food and drinks are always so good! Definitely try it out if you havenât!
