I simply asked the server to switch out the food because the flavor was off imo, so instead of telling me herself that they don’t take food back but I can reorder, she gives me a nod and brings the manager (or another girl who doesn’t respond to my English very well) and she continues to tell me I can get a to-go box and reorder. I don’t mind reordering, but when I try to she doesn’t understand a request to leave something off a salad and still thinks I’m talking about the food I’m trying to take back! The manager lady gives me a dumb look and tells me about the food I wanted to take back again. I tell her about the salad I wanted to reorder, but she continues with her dumb look and tells me to get it to-go. So after 3 times of trying, I tell her I no longer want the $20 salad and just to bring me the bill because who leaves their customer thinking they’re satisfied and then brings the manager who doesn’t even understand what I’m saying???!! Bistro B does.

Fast and friendly service, and the food came out great.Ordered pork spring rolls, crab rangoons, and combination pho. Prices were about what you would expect.Spring rolls were pretty tasty and had a roll of fried rice paper inside for extra texture.Crab rangoons were thankfully not cooked to oblivion like I've had elsewhere, though it was a bit too much cream cheese for my liking. YMMVPho broth was well made. The shortribs in there were also well cooked beforehand. Rest of the selection of meat was also tender and not inexplicably chewy. For how many items they have on their menu, I was skeptical that they would put out quality, though I was pleasantly surprised. But I ordered fairly common items, maybe if you ordered something more uncommon, and therefore not as well stocked and fresh, there may be a discrepancy.

Usually I won’t like place with a big menu, but I love this place with most of their dishes. Pho and bun bo hue are very good. Egg rolls and Vietnamese sandwich are fire as good as lee’s. Best one in south okc. I tried multiple dishes from their menu. Different people have different taste, but most of the dish are good and tasty.

Wide menu to pick from, the variety scared me to be honest I should have walked away in that moment. Imo when there are over 200 items on a menu the quality drops. I was right. The dumplings and fried calamari may have been the best items on our table at lunch. The poke bowl fish quality was horrible and the rice was soured, not the last item of the meal that was bad. The Lo Mein was what I would expect, not mind blowing but basic. Now as a Buryatian woman I had my heart set on the Mongolian Beef, It was incredibly sweet for the dish and even the heat of the chilies couldn't balance it out. Now the whole fish in Basil had me forcing my husband out of the way so I could escape the horrid stench of old fish. The only items we finished was the Dumplings and my son ate all of his Lo Mein but no one ate past a few bites of each item before our stomachs turned. Was glad to just pay the 68$ and to escape the table in a timely fashion.Side note the bathroom was covered with litter in the women's, wallpaper in the hallway was covering mold and the lobby and seating area had absolutely no air flow and was miserable.Sticking to Kitchen 21 and Sushi Neko. Everywhere else in this state is a giant disaster.

I love their food and services

We stopped for a quick bite, and found this gem. I at the Pho and my wife ate a Vermicelli Bowl lol with rice instead of noodles. Both of us were impressed. Very good food. Service was good too. The young man didn't write anything down! We will return to try again. Lots of amazing sounding dishes on the menu!

There were so many different types of spring rolls! I had the pork and shrimp both delicious. We also ordered the pot stickers half feied half steamed so good both ways. Service was great and food amazing.

Really good Pho and clay pot. the inside is very clean and spacious. there is a huge selection of items and drinks, as well as Vietnamese desserts that are really special. All of the waitresses and waiters were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place ☺️

Great place for family dinner; plenty ò food to choose from. Check out a must.

Such Amazing food and service! I really recommend the cowboy roll if you enjoy Sushi. The service was great they were extremely kind the entire time I ended up having to leave early (I have a toddler who needed a nap asap) and the lady that was working kept insisting I stay that my son wasn't bothering her and that I should enjoy my meal and she was worried that the food wasn't good. I assured her it was amazing that I just needed to take my kiddo home. So because of the kind service as well as the food I would go back❤️
