31 flavors and they are out of 18 of them? No bananas and the mocha is a joke... worst place ive ever been to.. please avoid if all possible
The staff was super nice but the menu was so small and they were out of alot of stuff.

Walk in the store with no a greeting or anything waited over 5 mins for someone to finally great us rudely and tell us they don’t have ice cream. While they had three tubs on the back counter. Not to mention the other young lady who walked passed us four or five time making eye contact and just walking away. First and last time going. Hope they don’t treat everyone like this.

It's a small version of Baskin Robbins that shares the building with Starbucks. I love Baskin Robbins and I wanted to give this one 5 stars but they just didn't have the flavor options of a full size store.
Employees locked doors before 820pm but hours say open til 9. Please update your hours. Can see employees hanging out inside.

They were probably short staffed at the time, but it took a long time to be welcomed or even get eye contact. Completely ignored for a solid 10 mins. Before before me walked out.I also got the wrong ice cream. Fortunately it was tasty but it wasn't what I ordered. It was the bottom scoop so I didn't notice until I was halfway through or I would have gone back and asked them to remake it.
They gave me the wrong ice cream flavor. Then they were out of spoons! Literally two things they had to get right. Ice cream and a spoon. They just seem unorganized and employees are out of it. I paid $7 for the wrong ice cream and nothing to eat it with.
