we just ate lunch here while we were in town from Prague. my husband has had a lot of mediterranean food while serving overseas. This was definitely up there he said. Excellent food, great service and good prices
I would give more than 5 stars if possible. :-) Our first visit to Basil and we were beyond thrilled. We got an order to go and the food was AMAZING! Best dolmas I've ever had and we love Mediterranean food. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. We will be returning many times in the near future.
A wonderful local spot if you are wanting to try something new. The rice is fantastic and you can never go wrong with their gyros. If you are needing something sweet they have a great verity of dessert available. Regardless of what you choose to eat I highly recommend ordering their saffron sweet tea.
Go get you some good food. They have a wife variety of meals and sweets.I do have to say their honey is by far the best honey around!
Awesome. Best humus I think I've had. The chicken and beef kabobs had amazing flavor. The chicken was moist and tender. The beef was a bit gristly but still tasted good. The gyros was good, not amazing. The rice was very good as well. The interior is sort of what you'd expect, sort of authentic decor slapped over a corporate fast food chain architecture. But you don't go here for the ambiance, but for the food. Definitely will be coming back. There are many mediocre Mediterranean places in OKC, this is not one of them.
Great food and friendly atmosphere ?
My husband and I are somewhat picky about our Mediterranean food, and this is hands down our favorite place in OK. Always friendly service & excellent food. Prices reasonable. Make sure you try their Saffron tea.
Amazing local owned Mediterranean food. I’ve frequented this establishment for a few years and finally decided to leave a review. The cashier was polite and knowledgeable of the foods. I highly recommend the Dolmas and sassafras tea.

This is a regular spot for me. The rice is a guilty pleasure and has one of the best flavors I have ever had. Tried the Gyros Wrap this time and washed it down with some Saffron Tea. I can’t remember ever having a bad meal or bad service here. Always 5 stars for me!
