I go into this Applebee's location frequently for dinner/drinks while I work on my homework and they are always so welcoming! Zoey, Dave, and Shelly always greet me with a smile and feel like old friends as if I were Norm on Cheers. Their service is always absolute top-notch and the food and drinks never disappoint. 5 stars all the way around!
Hey the food was good, the staff was friendly. It was obvious they're severely understaffed way too many tables were not cleared ND the floor was well filthy and that's a turn off. Imagine eating g diner with the plates,silver and drinks from the previous meal still n the table. This was not their norm I'll give them one more chance to clean up their act and the tables and floor.
First thing..we had a party of 5 and the hostess puts us at a small table…we asked for a corner booth and she acted like it was a problem. Second thing we had to look for the waitress just to get refills and then my waitress brought out the totally different thing that I ordered. I ordered a bacon cheddar chicken sandwich and they brought out a bacon cheeseburger. Then it took them for forever to bring out the right order. I had to take my food to go cause my whole family was already done eating their food. I could say a lot more but they are even lucky to even get a 1 star!!!!
I'm not taken aback by an Applebee's. But I have to say this one is pretty great. The staff is friendly, the beer ice cold, and the food is good in price and taste.
Wrost apple bees so far. Rude employees and the manager is extra rude. I placed an order of Blackened shrimp and chicken Alfredo pasta with an extra side of sauce. I never received the extra side of sauce when my good was delivered and the pasta had no sauce it was just plain pasta with shrimp. Called to make a complaint and the manager was really rude.
Food was ok. Server tried charging me for a extra meal. Then she tried to explain why she did it,but i couldn't understand her logic Tried arguing with me until I asked for the manager. She tried it with the table next to us, that's why I looked at my bill. She has quite the racket going on. If you go here to eat, make sure you check your bill...
Thank you Kelsey for great service! Food was good. Had the Shrimp and steak amd combo appetizers. Pretty good.
We came for lunch Dec 26th the service was terrible. We ordered coffee and Bailey's and our server brought us beers we sent those back and ask for our Bailey's our waitress brought the coffee but 20 minutes later when she brought the Bailey's our coffee was cold and she never offered fresh coffee.Our meal was French onion soup which was bland the four cheese macaroni with the chicken breast and and appetizer platter the platter was good but when she served my macaroni she said she forgot the sauce that went over it and she would bring it right out another 20 minute wait and more cold food I asked for a manager who told me I was wrong that the sauce came on my meal. I told her that wasn't what my server told me. She took the macaroni off my ticket so we ended up paying $41.26 for a messed up snack.Thanks Applebee's we thought you were better than this.
First & foremost when I called to tell the Manager on duty my mother left in tears she responded she was very satisfied. (Maybe only smiled at her as I paid the bill that's how she is) Our food was served cold & breadsticks forgotten. She did not have hers taken back because our server rolled her eyes at her. Drinks never refilled one time adults or kids. Had to go ask another server for Togo boxes. I've never been so embarrassed taking her out for birthday dinner here I will NEVER again. Or recommend this place as the customer service is horrible.
Waitress acted like we were an inconvenience took 45 min for our food, 2 tables that ordered after us were served before us, husband's chicken was gross, my top bread was hard as a rock and bottom was soggy, the only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because they had football on all tv's. And our orders were not complicated there should have been no reason to take that long
