My husband placed an order a couple weeks ago and we got a flat tire so he called to get it refunded. The guy he was talking to said they would "hold on to the ticket". A couple of days went by and still no refund so he called 4 times just for the phone to be answered and when he asked about his refund he was then immediately hung up on and he has yet to receive the refund. Terrible employees and terrible management for allowing them to do that to people.

The food was delicious!!We ate on the patio... who knew they had a patio?! It was fun and the weather was great for eating outdoors! We all three got 2 meals out of our lunch order... that was a nice bonus!!

I wanted to eat here. I googled and saw they were open so drove 15 min to get to store. I tried to call ahead of time and phone was disconnected. When I arrived the OPEN sign was on bright, but when I got in there they said they were not taking any more orders for the evening and turned me away. This is bad customer service. Update your hours, fix the phone, turn your open sign off. You are wasting people's gas and time only to turn them away.

Much better than Buffalo Wild Wings!I just stopped by for their 70 cent boneless wings (Monday and Tuesday)I got half mango habenero and half spicy korean. The good:Service was great, I was immediately helped and my wings were hot and ready to go before I was able to get cozy. Sitting area was clean.Wings have a good flavor, a great breading-meat ratio, im pleased with the selection of sauces I made. They also put a lot of sauce on my wings. It is a decent price for the wings since I went on a Monday. The bad:I’m slightly disappointed in the flavor of the mango habenero sauce. It doesn’t have a ton of flavor and is also not very spicy considering it’s supposed to be the second most spicy flavor you can get. Some of my wings had chewy bits that I couldn’t eat.Ranch was kind of expensive for a small amount. In conclusion:I would reccomend this place. It’s just what I expected. So much better than Buffalo Wild Wings (I will save us all time and not even get into it) nothing crazy or ground breaking but just good old Buffalo wings when you need a fix.

My first visit to this location. The food took a bit long to prepare, but they were busy with to-go orders, so I get it. The only reason for 4 stars is because they wouldn't let us eat inside the store on a VERY windy day. We made do. We were road tripping, so that was really our only option for such messy food. No hot sauce in the car.We had garlic parm boneless, original hot and mango habanero bone-in. Everything was piping hot. The flavorings were terrific. With such sticky sauce I expected the mango hab to be too sweet. It was great. I tried a side of their hottest sauce. It was very good with all the other food dipped into it...fries, boneless, and bone-in were all good with it.The food was correct, hot, and delicious. We were shocked at the "side" of fries. Gigantic portion. My family of 3 could have shared 1 or 2 and had plenty.I will likely eat here again, but probably not until the indoor seating is available.

this is not the best place to place an order from its in the tsrfet shopping center, where u place an order and they always either letting you know about the refund option from what they dont have to letting yo food sit til its super cold and they refuse to recook anything to your expectations no matter if you paid for it or not be careful how u oder your food and if they out just leave that where its at they would prolly mess around and forget ur order

Expect to get undercooked wings (health regulation states chicken is safe to eat if cooked to internal of 165) and fries. Every time you order, expect to get and attitude from the workers and be told “we’re working on it” and wait at least 15mins. That’s assuming they stop talking to each other or put up their phone to even acknowledge you. Your food will be cold, stale and taste like cardboard either drenched in sauce or hardly any at all. When you call to get a refund for missing and or messed up food, expect to either be hung up on multiple times or put on hold for > 15mins multiple times. Expect the worst attitudes from not only the people working but ALSO the owner, Clint. Expect to be told “I’ll refund it just this once” and “you can always check the food before you leave” and “we’re short staffed what do you expect me to do” etc. I’m sure you get picture at this point. This isn’t just a one or five times issues. It’s every single time. Over the course of the last year. ONE time, since Covid started (end of 2019 not 2020) has our food come out correct and hot. Just do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Food quality is 10/10 whenever you catch them on a good night. Not very consistent. Tonight I got a regular fry whenever I upgraded to vodoo fries and didn't see it until I got home. Didn't get a receipt. Phone has been busy for over an hour now.. My order is the same every time. I came in at 9:30 and the staff seemed upset or mad that I came in so late but close isn't until 11pm. Most likely won't be back. The attitude I let slide but my order not being right and no actual care for the customer is a very disappointing experience for someone who is new to trying wingstop

Wings are really really good. Seasoning could use a bit of a pick-me-up. Still good flavors. Would definitely order again!

Ordered 2 meals 30 minutes before I arrived. Got told it would be an a little bit longer. I sat in there for 20 more minutes while Daniella was just standing there on her phone. I stood up and went to the counter and she got off her phone and finally finished my chicken. Used to be a good place but now it’s ran but children.
