The wait in the drive through is RIDICULOUS. There was five vehicles in front of mine and not many in the parking lot and it is taking way to long to get through it. In the time it took an other fast food restaurant across the road that is packed to get through its two lines of vehicles I am still sitting here. On top of that they messed up my burger once again. This is not the first time I’ve had this same issue with this Whataburger.Had asked for no onions and no mustard. Got a burger with onions. Tried to get it corrected. Got a COMPLETELY plain burger.
Extremely disappointed. We ordered 5 meals, the lady who took our order was excellent and super friendly, receipt says her name was Armida. Excellent service. We pull up to the window and they give our drinks and take our money. We sat there at least 20 minutes before they asked us to pull forward because they were “waiting on onion rings” another 15 minutes after pulling forward we went in. The manager HID in the office refusing to make anything right, the lady that helped at the counter did everything she could to help and had our food immediately remade and they still forgot one of our burgers! They had written us off as a drive off. I could be completely wrong but I sure hope they aren’t writing people off as drive offs and pocketing the money, especially since we paid in cash.
For the cost of Whataburger, inflation aside, one would expect to get what is ordered. I ordered 3 of the Southern BACON spicy chicken sandwich combos and 1 Southern Bacon Whataburger combo. The Burger order was correct. However, all three of the Southern BACON spicy chicken sandwich did move have bacon. Moreover, there was a random addition to my order, a honey biscuit. I suspect the erroneous addition was self serving by the very rude intercom worker that took my order. She seemed very grumpy and struggled to take my order. Luckily, the addition was caught and corrected before I paid.
I wanted a simple cheeseburger, fries and a drink. Drink was fine, fries were fine, spicy ketchup tasted old,but ok. The hamburger was terrible. The only thing I tasted throughout eating the burger was MUSTARD. Nothing but mustard. I did not request any changes, etc. They simply did not pay attention to how they make their food. MUSTARD. MUSTARD. Do you want anything to go with your MUSTARD?
Rude managers , hours are incorrect and won’t accommodate due to that fact. Placed a curbside order not knowing their doors were locked so there was no way of getting my food , called the manager and she was very unaccommodating and told me she couldn’t help me. As someone who works in customer service I found this very disrespectful. Do better , it’s not that hard to hand me my food that I already payed for .
This Whataburger has really stepped up their game. In the recent past it took forever to get your food and most times it wasn’t correct.You can really tell something has changed for the good, food is good, correct and doesn’t take long. Cudos great job!
We went through the drive thru a couple nights ago, and ordered two cheese burgers, nothing else, no drinks, or combos, and it was 11 bucks, and both were dry, and awful. Never going back. Too many other good burger places to go to.
If I could give it less than one star, I would. Meat was pinkish gray. Fries were barely warm, soggy, not edible. Asked for light mustard, was far from light. Lettuce was in little chunks, overall just a yucky tasting burger. Won't be back.

The food is always yum,and up to Whataburger standard. However this place has ONE pace and it's not just slow, but SNAIL ???!! The drive through is 8 out of 10 times a 45 min wait. So if you're doing food delivery this place will kill your wait time. Going inside is frustrating bc the employees are usually annoyed for you to be in there. The curbside app is the way to go here.
