Sizes got smaller, and now they're in plastic cups, the drink is half water by the time you get it. Before you can even drink 1/4 it's all melted. Size is absolutely pathetic for the cost now. Raised prices and shrunk product, and went cheap on the cups. $8 for a drink I threw in the trash before I could finish half of it. What halfwit thought cheap, flimsy plastic cups was a good idea for an ICED product?
Ordered a carribean jerk wrap and most of the rice inside was cold like semi frozen cold, not just cooled down, and tasted awkward because of it. I’m usually happy with my order here but cold rice in a hot wrap is a big fail.
I placed an online order for the first time. I ordered a Green Island smoothie and a breakfast wrap modified to have no eggs and added avocado. I didn't get the avocado like I wanted and the GM was so very sweet about it. She said I could have it remade and I think that is incredible. I wasn't upset either because the food still tasted delicious! I appreciate the healthy food options because my health ailments are debilitating. I also VERY much appreciate good management. Thank you!
Not sure who is working at the drive through window today 04/23/2022 at 2:30-2:34pm but theater lady who looks like she is literally wearing cake mix plaster on her face is so rude don't think I'll be going back to this one
I stopped by on Friday night to get my son a smoothie before I went home from work. It was 8:50pm when I pulled into the drive thru. I sat there and waited for two minutes but no one ever greeted me. I proceeded to pull around and go inside. There were three employees plus a manager. The manager was wearing a headset and standing at the drive thru window. I walked up to the counter and no one, not one person said anything to me! Finally after standing there for two to three minutes the manager walked over to me. I asked him if they were still taking orders and he said "No." I asked him why he didn't tell me they closed early at the drive thru or greeted me when I came inside. He didn't have anything to say for himself. I told him I would be contacting corporate to let them know how I was ignored in their store. He shouted at me "I am corporate!" Very rude! Very poor management! I will not be back to this location! I will gladly drive across town or take my business to another establishment!

I walked in and three employees plus a manager never made eye contact with me or offered to help me. The manager finally came over to me and I asked him if they were still taking orders and he said no. I asked why he couldn't have said something to me at the drive thru or when I came in instead of just ignoring me. We did frequent this location often but after how I was treated, we'll never go back! I'll happily drive to a different location!
Love this place! But the drive through is somewhat slow. Recommend going inside.

Every I come to this location I’m in line for over 10 mins. It’s ridiculous and the staff is always rude I would rather drive to OKC because the service is faster. Worst tropical smoothie ever literally every time I come I leave upset
They didn't take the time to blend my smoothie very well, there are ice chunks in it?♀️
