It was Sunday so they were BUSY. Waited in line to order for about 20 minutes. I’m NOT mad. I found a table outside and with in 5 min Queso and chips, then maybe 10 minutes later Burrito bowl was brought to my table. Well worth the wait, it was very very good.
The Trailer Park tacos make 'em trashy was superb! The queso is the best that I've EVER had! The chips were also very good! The service was excellent! My only remark about improvements needed would be the faucet fixture in the ladies' restroom. It is not seated/affixed to the counter, at all. It's very frustrating to try to use it. The faucet actually scoots around. Also, this faucet drips because it cannot be completely turned off. Lastly, I wish that there were more caffeine-free beverage options.
This place us frustrating they used to be great! Had a full menu rarely was anything ever sold out. Lately everytime I come in the corn or rice is out. Sometimes the queso is out. Half the time lately I get cold queso when they have it. I'm very disappointed it used to be my go to but not anymore.
The bartender Harrison used a straw to taste every drink he made - very strange and unprofessional . The menu changed since the last time we ate there; used to get 2 tacos in an order, now it’s just 1 for the same price. The food tasted good, but between the service and the price, I don’t think we will be back.
By far the WORST Torchy’s I’ve ever been to, ever. I went once, food was awful…dry and tasted like cardboard, old meat, absolutely gross. Gave it a second chance, picked up tacos to go…only they got my order wrong and gave me chips and queso with no tacos. Got coupons from management, but could only use one coupon at a time…never going back here again.
I have always had great service! Harrison is THE BEST bartender ever! Thank you for always being the best! We love coming I. To see you!
Quality of food is good, but that's where the good ends. Service was slow and rather rude. Value is 1 star... I'm normally stuffed from 1 Chipotle burrito. A burrito and a taco ($14) from Torchy's and I'm still hungry. They're too proud of this taco.
We can here for lunch on a Saturday for a nearby convention. The food was pretty good. For the volume of food, it is relatively pricey. It has plenty of seatings, making it ideal to have a small meal while catching up with some friends. The bathroom was clean. Aside from that, I probably would not eat here for the food alone. Overall, I had a good experience. I did not have any problems on my visit here.
