Went in for the first time. Read reviews seemed mix. Some were bad and most were good. Took a chance. Let's just say I will never be back. I was treated awful by employees. It was Thursday night June 16th about 7:15pm. The place had no customers and two guys were in the back laughing and hanging out. The place was dirty and messy and I must say so were the employees. I had a few questions about the pizza and the male employee kept rolling his eyes and acted like he did not want to help me. He was condescending. So I left. My son and I went to Marcos Pizza around d the corner and was treated well. We ordered from them. I have never been to Marcos Pizza either but was treated like a person. I will never go back to The Pizza Shop.
Ive always loved this place but this time was such a GREAT experience! Not only is the pizza good but the employees that were working tonight were AMAZING! Jordan especially was great and if his higher up is reading this give that man a raise!! He was so very sweet and helpful even 20 minutes right before closing. Also the blonde girl that was working with him was so pleasant and nice as well!
This place is ridiculous! Everytime my family orders pizza or calzone from here, there’s always something that’s messed up. It’s either not ready and we wait an extra 20 minutes. Always running out of ranch which is a whole pizza selection on its own. Which is what we like. Couldn’t give chance for a 100$ bill when the order was 78 and some change. Are you serious. We are no longer coming back to this place ever!
I passed 2 pizza shops going to get pizza from my house if that tells you anything about the pizza we really like it
This is the worst pizza I have ever had ! The pizza was nasty and greasy and didn’t taste like a pizza should and we will never go back !
Excellent customer service, great pizza and wings were delicious and prices were decent. Will be a regular here.
Time was off from what we were told it would be ready so the pizza was cold. Our cheese bread and garlic bread was dry. Not friendly service or time management. Under staffed.
Four of us stopped by for lunch in kind of a hurry. Some ordered pizza and I had a chicken Alfredo hot sandwich. Everything was freshly made and delicious. I recommend you try this place.
Such a wonderful place to eat and the staff are really nice. However, lately lots of my friends apply here but are really disappointed when they don’t get a call back. This seems like a great place to work, but what’s the point if you can’t even get an interview. Some of them even call to check the status, but sometimes get no answers. Very sad and disappointing.
It's the 3rd time we get pizza there and 1st time chicken wings. It reminds me of a pizza place back home. It was delicious.
