Very friendly staff and the environment is relaxing. Ordered a hot green tea, but they don't carry ? for it. I ordered the Tom Kha, small, as my meal. Only ? and ? in the soup. ? It was thick and the coconut milk coagulated as it cooled. Would not order it again. The side ? was very fresh and their ginger dressing was ?. My friend order the tonkatsu ramen ? and said it was delicious.
The environment was very attractive. The food was exceptional. The menu bosted a wide variety of exquisitely authentic Thai cuisine. Very eminent.
Good variety in the menu and they have both traditional dishes and a few sort of "hybrid" dishes that mix American cuisine with Thai or Italian noodles with Thai. We went in this time to dine in for the lunch menu, but I have done both carryout lunch and dinner here before. We typically order curry and pad-thai dishes. The spice level is one to five and if you like it spicy I would get 4 or 5. Personally the 5 is more like 3 for me. In our experience, good food, pretty quick, fair prices for the portions served. I would recommend Thai Delight.
Loved going here! We were served by a very kind, helpful gentleman who recommended his favorite dishes. He was very apologetic about supply chain issues and increased prices due to the pandemic, which we absolutely understand. We got the Gyoza and Chicken Satay appetizers and both were flawless and delicious. I took his recommendation on a chicken soup and received an enormous bowl that held more than my sauce pot at home! ? The chicken was delicious and fell right off the bone. Our server also insisted we try a Thai Tea and another dish so he brought them to us free of charge so we would try several samples of the menu. It was a wonderful experience and we will absolutely go back. The restaurant was also nicely decorated and looked clean and smelled good, which are all good signs of a nice place.
Favorite restaurant in Norman! I have dined in and taken out. I love the dine in experience, especially when they have a live piano player. I really love the ambiance. During the pandemic I have only gotten take-out though and their friendliness, service and food has always been fantastic!
This was a hit or miss experience. We were seated near a speaker which was blaring dance pop music loud enough to the point where we could not focus on the menu. Nor could we hear each other talk. My wife asked for the music to be turned down. Thankfully this request was honored. For a while. Near the middle of our meal it resumed its blaring and we were once again unable to enjoy our meal or communicate with each other. My daughter asked for spice level 0 on her meal, I asked for spice level 3. These were switched, so I ended up with seafood prepared without any spice whatsoever. The waiter was dividing his attention among many tables and our drinks were empty for many minutes. We understand that there is a labor shortage and tried to be understanding. We asked for a pitcher of water to avoid being without drinks again and this confused him to the point where he abandoned our table. Literally. He just walked away. The owners waited on us from there but they were hustlinng to cover tables and deal with the take out crowd and we were once again neglected. I would recommend that you stick with takeout and avoid dining in the restaurant as the food was good. Just make sure they repeat your order back to you so you get the spice level you want.
Quick, super friendly service during lunch rush. The Sushi/Sashimi was fresh, Pad Thai delicious, fried tofu crispy outside and soft inside?, full meal appropriately priced(appetizer, soup, drinks, and meal), lots of flavor and plenty to take home for another meal. Thank you for providing a wonderful meal and peaceful atmosphere. I'll definitely be visiting again ☺️
Very nice flavor and spice. Very much enjoyed the food here. Service was excellent.
Food is great but they do not do curbside pickup as advertised on their site. They don't bother to tell you that when you place a curbside order by phone, either. When we arrived and called them to tell them we at the curb waiting for our curbside order, they still didn't bother to tell us they do not do curbside order. After waiting a few a minutes I called back and they finally told me I had to come in to pickup the order. So as I said, food was great but they need to take off the advertisement for curbside pickup.
The first dish that I generally order on my first visit to a Thai restaurant is Pad Thai. I was disappointed by the greasy dish presented tonight. My friend, a local who has been there multiple times, had Massaman Curry. We shared a plate of shrimp 'fresh rolls' which were adequate, but not particularly flavorful. She suggested that perhaps the folks in the kitchen were having an off-night, as usual the food is better. On the bright side, service was prompt and attentive and ambiance nice.Because of my friend's comment about the food usually being better, I may try it again on another visit to Norman. I hope to provide a more positive review another time.
