I ordered a Mexi dip and chips meal with a dr.peper and 4 tacos i didn't get the muchaco that comes with the meal when i went back 5 minutes later they refused to give me the muchaco i had to buy it a second time. The rudest employee I've ever dealt with. I wish i could give 0 stars the muchaco was cold probably setting there from when i left
Ordered the new margarita taco platter. Which are supposed to be soft. Paid for it on the receipt. I received a 2 beef taco platter, I told them, they said they would fix it. They gave me 2 more crispy tacos with chicken this time, the order is supposed to be soft tacos. So even though I pointed it out that my order was wrong it was still not replaced correctly. They do not listen very well. The area was clean, the place was cool on a hot day, I've had better experiences there in the Past. All depends on the staff and how well they listen and manage the place.
It's quick, cheap tacos. Nothing fancy, not bad. My husband and kids love this place.
They made my entire order incorrectly and then instead of giving me my money back or even just giving me the difference back WHEN I PAID IN CASH, they just told me they would give me extra food, that I told them I did not want in any way.
I usually really like Taco Bueno but both times I have been to this one have been two of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. The wait is long (first time was 45 min), the staff takes a long time to actually help you and the food is not up to the usual Taco Bueno standard. The tortillas are hard and the food tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours before it gets to you.
I wouldn't recommend this particular Bueno. It needed a serious cleaning. And the salsa bar wasn't appealing. Looked like it had sat there all day with out them changing the ice. And then we all got tummy aches. There are other Buenos around town that are clean and nice. I'd go to one of those before coming here. The employees were really nice. But the place just needed a good scrubbing, etc.
Every order we have EVER placed, they get it wrong. No exaggeration, but we kept going back anyway bc our kids prefer TB over any other taco place. Tonight, a girl loaded with facial piercings got annoyed by something that happened beyond our control, my husband offered a kind solution and my husband got an eye roll and the window shut in his face. He was nothing but kind. He did not deserve to be treated that way. Another family of customers lost.
This is a solid place for a quick lunch, they do have a lot of turn over in personnel and at times the order is short on all items purchased, so check before you leave the store.
Took over 15 minutes just to say hello. When I sed hello, cashier told me to hold on . from my car I watched the staff act like there was a dating site in there.
Not very good. I love me some Bueno. But I refuse to go back to this location. Rude manager when they messed up my order.
