Was so offended it took me a few days to even write this. Sunday I pulled into the dirve thru as the dining room was closed.I was greeted and told to wait. 2 minutes later I'm speaking to my girlfriend and hear another "WE'LL BE WITH YOU ON A MINUTE" I literally apologize and say "I was speaking with my GF. Theyn after waiting for 6 minutes I finally pull around to the window where I wait another 3 minutes, to which I am greeted with the lie "I can't take your order here at the window". A LIE! I say 8m confused and she literally slams the windowoor in my face. Another employee apologized, and then just stared thru the glass. I have been going here for over 20 years. And am angry, did not deserve This, and will not go back until this is resolved.
Today I put in a mobile order and drive to the location only to find the lobby is closed for some reason. I drive a vehicle that is 10ft tall, I don't fit through the drive through, when I knock on the door and finally got someone's attention inside I held up my phone with my oder screen pulled up, they motioned for me to go through the drive through. I said, in vane, "I can't " not that anyone could hear or even seemed to care beyond telling to go through the drive through. If anyone truly cared they would come to the door and see what I needed. If they are afraid don't open the door, but at least come to the door so you can hear what I'm saying. I was finally able to get my order after knocking continuously until someone came to the door.
Taco Bell as a chain is pretty much on my ignore list these days. Not ban or boycott. They've just eliminated everything I enjoyed going there for. There are a couple locations that still have good service. 33rd and Broadway in Edmond and the one on 24th Ave NW in Moore are very friendly. The location at Hefner and Rockwell is sadly to be avoided at all costs, with the problem clearly being poor management. 20 minute wait for food with hardly anyone in the dining room, what little staff there was appeared to be mostly new except for one person who was running both register and grill. The manager was clearly sitting on his behind not helping anyone.
I worked at this location for 6 months at this point I was informed to use grease that was black and not good to use expired product and there are roaches in the back area where the food is stored. I was fired for informing my boss of this. Crew member dnt wash hands nor change there gloves as they should. Drugs are done behind the trash can out back. I told my supper visor of this and was fired. Please if u want taco bell any other location is good they are opened by different company. Just dnt want at this one.....
I was having a terrible night and I decided to make it better with some Taco Bell. I pulled into the drive thru and I guy greeted me at the speaker he had GREAT customer service. When I finished ordering I pulled to the window and the guy on the speaker greeted me again. He asked how my night was going and I told him “not so good” he then said he was sorry and hopes my night gets better. I old him thank you and drove off but little did he know his kindness is what made it better. Taco Bell you need to give this guy a raise!
Usually my visits here are pretty good, but tonight (March 22nd) around 11 PM I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a cheese quesadilla with extra sauce, along with 2 Diet Pepsis. Not only did I end up getting two cheese quesadilla, not one of them had extra sauce, or really any sauce at all. Plus they were undercooked with all of these cheese hardly being melted at all. Also one of the Diet Pepsis were had little to no flavor, but I guess that's not entirely their fault? It happens. Regardless, I asked for probably the easiest thing to make on the menu and they were both messed up. Like come on...
Garbage. It wasn't busy at all at 3pm. Still took these a-holes forever to take our order and then another eternity for the food. Ordered for dine in, they made it take out. The a-holes didn't wrap the tacos properly and half of the filling spilled out into the bag when I tried to take them out. Doesn't matter it was 99.99% wilted lettuce. FU Taco Bell.

Entire Staff was so NASTY. As a grub hub driver they literally chase me out the restaurant. Kept my cool, trying to figure out the order, the manager then tried to blame me for trying to do my job. I deserve an apology from Management. This can't be Taco bell standards? THEY DESERVE 0 RATINGS, WHAT A GROUP?
Getting the new crispy cheesy cantina tacos while they are here...so good..fast and fresh!
