This is the best Taco Bell between Norman, and Shawnee. I usually use the app to place my orders for pickup in the drive thru. I rarely spend more than five minutes in the drive through, and have never had a single incorrect order.The only bad experience was when there was a technical difficulty that made me have to come inside for my food. This wasn't a big deal, but one of the cashiers was really frustrated trying to figure out how to handle an order that was placed as "drive thru pickup" from inside the lobby. I was a bit confused, why it was a problem, but I assume it was technical in nature. If I had any constructive criticism it would be to provide training to workers on how to handle the unexpected.
Food tastes good, service was quick. Could attempt to spread that little dab of sour cream a little further than one bite, though, in my burrito supreme. Never had any real issues at this Taco Bell.
This is a great location! I don't do fast-food too often but when someone gave me a $15 gift card, this is the location I visited. They never messed up my order & everything tasted pretty good. The cashiers that took my order were always nice & patient.
We have been to Taco Bell 3 times now looking to get the cheddar chipotle chalupa and all three times we have only received a regular beef chalupa. I don’t understand how even after confirming my order they still mess this up. I really like Taco Bell but there are only so many chances I can give them I’m disappointed in y’all ?
Place was very messy and people were not friendly at all. The heat press was so dirty it left black crunchy things all over my food so much it looked like someone ashed a cigarette on my burrito
This place literally sold me trash. I got a spicy grilled cheese burrito and nachos.. for starters i get to the window and they hand me a drink and no nachos "you asked for a drink and we cant change your order and you cant add to your order" okay cool i have chips home i get this big beautiful burrito home and open it up it is 99.99999% rice, not fresh rice, old mushy bottom of the pot recycled rice mixed in the rice was like nacho cheese and a couple of pieces of hours old steak that could pass for dog food ? i wil drive down the street for a taco next time.
This location has messed up every order I have placed!! Never get the sauces I order or napkins!!!! Saw the manger after hours sitting on front counter on the phone!!!! Employees smoke after dark right by the front door!!!! Drive thru needs work if some one orders sauces and napkins they should receive them.
This place needs far better management because quality and consistency is the worst I've ever encountered at Taco Bell. You can order 3 identical items and, 1 will be perfect, 1 will be poorly slapped together and 1 won't be what you ordered. Come on guys, quality control! Four tiny potato squares and a spoonful of lettuce is a taco?!?
I went to the drive thru this morning around 2:15am. As soon as we said we needed separate orders the lady at the window had an attitude and said we don’t do separate orders. So we made one. When I was trying to explain my order to her, her temper got even worse and her attitude increased. Never have I ever felt more disrespected in the drive thru. Really sad I’m leaving this review because 99.9% of the time I have good experiences.
I never write reviews and rarely go to Taco Bell, but I was shocked on a recent late-night run to come home with a crunch wrap supreme that had no beef in it. It was literally just (soggy) tortillas, orange queso goo, and sour cream. That's like going to McDonald's and receiving just a bun. Terrible place.
