I've been here 3 times and my food has been messed up every time. Today I asked for light ice in my coffee. The cashier sounded very annoyed and my coffee was only half full and there was some object in my coffee that looked like it came from a syrup pump. My breakfast burrito was also in the form of a disfigured crunchwrap rather than a burrito and there was no sauce.
When you go make sure you check that your food is correct! They just throw everything in a bag any kind of way and stuff is forgotten. The quality is not worth the price.
The staff here are always super friendly and they’re also quick. Love this location.
My kids wanted Taco Bell. I knew this location has been lousy lately so I thought I would order ahead and pick it up. Ordered food 40 minutes in advance and my wife went in to get it. Despite the fact that she was the only customer there, it took an extra 15 minutes to get the food. Just what is the point of ordering ahead? You still get the same lousy service!
They messed up my online order and then had me to tell them what was missing, they didn't have a printed receipt so I had to go into the app and pull it up and show them. Food was cold by time I went home. For Taco Bell it was even bad. Just drive down 12th and go to the Lindsey location.

Placed an order on their app for an item that’s app only. While waiting in the drive thru for my order that was placed at the store. I let the store know that I placed an order and they told me I would need to drive back around again because they could give me the online order unless I pulled back through again. Worst service ever. They also left food out of my order. Very common that this restaurant always messes my order up at this specific location.
Dont offer sauce if you still need to be reminded to put it in the bag. Also please take pride in your work. My 5 year old can assemble food better
