My favorite subway! Best customer service! I absolutely love the remodel:)
This is my favorite subway i drive from across town for the great customer service the ladies her are always awesome!
Drive through doesn’t work, so just a heads up there. A couple weeks ago I came here and the lady was outside smoking. She went inside when I walked up, and started making my sandwich without gloves and without washing her hands. I walked out without saying a word. Came back today and she had gloves on so that’s good. Love subway but I normally avoid this location after that
Place seems to operate slow could be an understaffing problem. Drive-thru speaker is either busted or super quiet. I've also sat at the drive-thru speaker for 20+ mins while they prepared others orders (only 3 customers counting myself). When covid started, sanitation wasnt that good. Saw a lady from behind the counter lock the door wearing gloves and then went right back to sandwiches wearing the same gloves. As for food, it's always meh. This is just not a good subway location.
Arrived around 12:15 pm six people in line took 45 min to get my two cold subs and the staff was clueless I think one guy was higher then the price of the subs sandwiches. Were is my five dollar footlong song that I used to sing while going inside the store.
Ordered online pickup tonight at 6:45 said it would be ready by 7:15. I pulled thru the drive thru at 7:10. Speaker broke so I pull up to the window, 3 different employees came through the back there and never once looked over at the drive thru window. So I called and it rang and rang and rang and finally it hung up automatically. So then I honk two or times. By this time it is 7:20. Finally a lady comes to window and I gave her my name so she hollers and goes up front. Comes back and says we are just now making it, sorry. I said forget it, $13 sandwich donated. There were maybe 2 customers in that store when I drove thru. RIDICULOUS!! Never I repeat never will I order from there again!! If there were no stars that is what you would get.
Young lady with black hair was very friendly and seemed to be the only one there. She made a very good sandwich as well, thank you.
Do not use the drive through. Several occasions I have used this location you sit in the drive through with no service for 15-20 minutes with no service. My last visit today I just drove off and I will not return.
Only went back after Subway got rid of their spokesperson whining soccer player who doesn't love America.The guys loved it. Again.
Its a hit or miss. Sometimes they'll answer me at the drive thru sometimes they won't. Sometimes I'll wait for 15 minutes. Customer service is terrible i live close to this one but will go across town to another subway
