Had a pretty good sandwich today with chips and a soda. Friendly people
Place was clean and smelled good as I walked in. Person that took my order was courteous and prompt. The cashier was friendly. Food was delicious. The only problem I found was that of the two only employees neither had a mask. This was the 1st time I have gone into a restaurant to order food and the employees did not wear a mask.
Every single time I’ve been here I’ve been disrespected. The first one (about 3 months ago) let this lady cut my girlfriend and I because he “knew her and would be faster to do her order.” Even the girl was uncomfortable about it. Second time they just giggled at me in the drive thru and didn’t acknowledge me one time. Maybe I came when they were closed? And that’s my bad. But I set there for a while and was just harrassed for it Eventually went across the street to Firehouse and they were amazing! Everybody take your business there instead of this Subway location, it’s just across the street!
I went there 1-5-22 at 5:30 pm the lady that made my sandwich was rude to the bone. They let a cat in the restaurant.
Went to toklahomas next door. They have a pretty good selection. Decent prices
Easily the best subway in Norman. They make my sandwich exactly how I want it Everytime. I'd you like Subway go to this one for your sake.

The guys wanted to eat fresh. Would not have come back but Subway finally fired the lazy @$$ whiner from US Soccer team. She needs to get a job and appreciate the opportunity she lost.
Its subway the food is what it is. My issue is with thia subway. I put in an online order it errors. So i call for 5 min no one picks up i then call every tims the phone disconnects for the 30 min drive to this location. To make sure my order went in to get there and the food 30 min later still not ready.Edit when i got the sandwich 30 min late thats an hour for 2 subs and 2 wraps. Only one had a mask on. I asked the number of the store no one working there knew the number. This isnt just the worst subway in oklahoma it .ight be the worst in the usa and i used to get them from downtown atl
The employees here shine bright and the vibe is amazing. My aunts coupon was expired but they gave us a good deal anyway. Highly recommend this Subway!
