I’m majority of the time that I ordered cold group from this location, I’m given iced coffee.I do wish they would tell me they are out of cold brew, because the iced coffee give me a stomachache from the acid. I order a cold brew because I want a cold brew, if you don’t have it let me know and I can order something different like a blonde espresso that won’t make me sick. No other restaurants just substitute ingredients without letting the customer know.
Shouldve went to Stella Nova. I very rarely go to this location. Very upsetting to pay 8$ for a quad shot latte and get an iced milk, barley tastes like coffee much less an extra shot. Very upsetting, please pay more attention to your job. It wasn’t even busy this morning. Very very upsetting ..
New edit: don't come here unless you're ordering ahead or going through the drive thru. Waited over ten minutes because I went inside again. Orders piled up for online and cars zoomed through the drive thru. An employee even made their own order before clocking in. Why is sitting in the drive thru and burning gas a better option?Stopped in to get a single mocha. Waited ten minutes while they prepared one order after another for people who weren't even there. Can't Starbucks adjust their order-making process so an in-store customer can get their order before the mobile orders? There were a dozen orders waiting for people to pick them up when I left. It took the barista about a minute and a half when they actually started making my order. I mean, come on.
Very caring and sweet staff every time I order. Please ensure they know they are doing a fantastic job and I appreciate the recommendations when I ask and the genuine welcoming tone.
We came to support the Union effort & the service was fantastic, quick and friendly. Exactly what we would expect from employees who are engaged & committed enough to their workplace to begin this kind of effort. The pink drinks were delightful! #unionstrong

Yes, SB is my go-to place for coffee; my favorite is the IWM with Xtra whip. ? But the other reason I willingly pay 4+ bucks for a single cup of coffee is the fantastic group of people who blend, add whip and smile as they hand me my morning coffee. Who is naturally in that happy, blissful state that early in the morning? I know they are getting paid but they can still have bad days, right? If or when they do, they never show it.I'm sure many SB patrons are probably like me first thing in the morning, i.e. groggy, tired and possibly even a little irritable if pushed the wrong way. Lol I am much better after I've consumed my usual SB order.It's part of my daily routine, visiting SB, ordering my usual and there are a few employees who have my order already up and showing on the 'order board' before I even place the actual order. It's comforting to know they are always there, many of them already know what I want, and they always have a smile. Just a wonderful way to start my day.
Great customer service, friendly staff, tasty drink. Took out one start because the drive through has terrible design.
I love starbucks, but this location has been out of a lot of different products in the past few months. Lately, every time I get to the drive-through, I never know if I'll be able to place an order or if they'll be out of what I came for. For example, for about 10 days, they could not sell venti hot drinks because they were out of venti hot cups. Blame it on the supply chain, but regardless of who is to blame, there's still an inconvenience. I have left the drive-through multiple times now without ordering due to these issues.
DO NOT ORDER AHEADYou’re better off doing the drive thru no matter how long the line is. Twice now for me it’s been 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready that I got my drink.As best I can tell from watching their system, they jump all drive thru drinks ahead of any pre ordered drinks. Which, obviously, defeats the purpose of ordering ahead
