So I get that online orders are first but we walked in there was no one in line ordered and waited for 26 mins for 1 drink and asked for extra Carmel and paid for it and I'll let the pic explain...will not be coming back to this location!!
Can not ever get my simple drink right, that is on the menu. Nothing special except adding cold cream on top. Every other Starbucks can but not this one. Even when it's sent back to be fixed, almost everytime. Wouldn't be a big deal but it's $6 for a small drink. Should be able to get what I'm ordering made right.
Easy in and out not always the fastest service but they are nice.
Very well might be the slowest starbucks ive ever been to. However, Its a close race now days. If you ever go to Seattle you will experience service much better & faster. 3 stars because they were super nice?

They turn off there order ahead feature on the app. Stating because they are to busy in store. I thought the order ahead feature on the app was suppose to prevent this type of issues. Frustrating. Also if they would have a drive thru at this location this would also speed things up.
This location has recently turned off the order online option for picking up on their Starbucks app.
The place was dirty. I mean the floor was all sticky. The top of the trash can was dusty with dried up spills. No napkins or stirrer provided unless you ask due to covid. It is okay for them to hand the stirrers and napkins to you because the staff don't have covid. The cup that they handed to me was overfilled with heavy cream but no one wiped it down. It must be covid, again; they didn't wipe it down. Dang covid, you make this Starbucks looking so run down. They only had 2 customers in Starbucks at that time, maybe covid was making them too busy to clean the place. Dang covid. Why, Covid, why?
They mess up my order if I order anything more difficult than an iced cold brew. Even then, sometimes they don’t even pay attention to if there’s a request for light or no ice. I’m not boujee, my orders aren’t difficult. I’ve ordered their standard pumpkin cream cold brew 4x now, and 3 time they haven’t put the spice on top, which is the staple of the whole drink, the other time, they didn’t even make me a pumpkin cream, it was some other cold foam cream something. I don’t know what the deal is. I order mobile every time, so it’s not that they misheard me, it’s typed out on the sticker, they just… don’t? And obviously since I order mobile, I don’t have time to sit there, inspect and taste test and have them fix it. It’s ridiculous.
