Come here often. Usually no problems. I get the same thing. A drink on the menu, nothing special but I add sweet FOAM on the top. Politely told them they missed the sweet cream foam on the top. Instead the put a splash of sweet cream in it. They tried to fix it. They did not and made my entire coffee sweet cream and said nothing when handing it back. These drinks are exspensive. So yes I will be sending them back when not made correctly. It is fine to make a mistake. Just fix it correctly and be polite about your mistake. Not hard and nothing to be embarrassed or rude about.
They are out of a couple of things always but it is a good place to get coffee teas and other drinks
Despite a long line it went pretty quick and they did a great job on my vanilla blonde shot latte.
It's Starbucks. They're all 5/5. They're all the same thing. The have the same peppy workers making the same delicious coffee.
Always incredibly busy, no matter the time of day. Staff is always friendly, bathrooms stay busy so not the cleanest.
WAY OVERPRICED, but... if Dutch Bros is the alternative... I'll pay it. Great coffee.

My special coffee wasn’t stirred and needless to say all the flavor was at the bottom. I called and reported the error. They told me to come back at my convenience and they would make another one. Now that’s service!!
The drive thru is alway busy. I usually go into the store to place an order. It's usually faster than the drive thru. Very standard. Employees are friendly and fast.
I did go here alot. I tried Black Rifle CoffeeCompany its way better . It's constantly the same taste. When I go to your Starbucks it's never taste the same . I started to come back the last 2 weeks and you all failed me again. My coffee has no taste and taste burnt . Just left and my coffee was terrible. Dumped it all out . Waste of money if you go here.
