Service was SLOW. I got my pour over (which I expected to take a little bit) before I got the Java chip frap I also ordered. After getting my pour over and asking about the Java chip (because no one was working at that station) the response was 'yeah, it's coming, ugh, the sticker is right here'. Along with the eye roll. About 2 minutes later I got the Java chip. On top of that, my pour over was luke warm. There is a reason I'd stopped going to Starbucks! Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was they were out of decaf coffee and opened a bag off the shelf for me.

Finally a Starbucks that makes my drink just right the last two times I have went to the Starbucks in target here in Norman I have gotten expired curled cream milk it has given me food poisoning an my husband an I went into this one I was very reluctant to order again but the amazing employee Derrek did a amazing job taking care of us an soothing my worries an boy was he super quick amazing job Derrek!!!!!

ordered a pink drink and the whole thing was filled with ice took two sips and it was gone. i’m a huge starbucks girl but this is not it.

Drive thru was so quick. Started with 5 cars ahead in line for the speaker. In and out with a delicious hot chocolate. Maybe a 10 min stop. ??

Poorly trained baristas. Bad attitude and no skills. They don't bother answering their phone either. Paid for a triple tall caramel maciato and a double tall soy latte...both drinks were disgusting, no extra espresso shots, tasted like coffee smelling dishwasher liquid...I guess I should added the whipped cream as suggested by the male batista.. what a waste of money. This is NOT the first time experience either...never again. This is directed to the Wed Nov 17 5:30 pm crew.

This place has and will always be the best place for me to get a morning coffee. They really get to know the customers by their name. They call me “Kim’s Dad”.

Coffee spills on the floor and had been there a while. Parts of the spill was already drying. The whole place was trashed !!!

Disappointed by the eployee's lack of familiarity and flexibility when it comes to interfacing with the Starbucks App. They seem to always be in a hurry and not used to a friendly customer. Also, I understand with school in session that keeping the "order ahead" option on might not always be a possibility, But lately I've given up on it ever being an option at this particular store. The food and drinks are what they are, they always taste like the Starbucks brand, but for the price, having to wait in line, and the attitude of the baristas, I might as well just order at Scooters down the street where at least people are consistently cheerful.

It's Starbucks. What do you need to know? Good coffee... WAY OVERPRICED.

Frappachino's were good as usual. I would give them 5 stars if they hadn't been out of all the ingredients my daughter wanted.
