I odered through the app - a burger and onion rings. The car hop brought out my order and I noticed that the onion rings were missing. When I asked about them I was told that they were out....I was still charged for them. I was told that they couldn't issue a refund I would have to contact the corporate office. After emailing back and forth about 5 times they issued me a coupon for onion rings that had to be used within 3 weeks. Not sure why they couldn't/wouldn't issue a refund? They have been out of onion rings so I wasn't able to use the coupon within that time period. Seems like a great way for a large corporation to pad their income!
After i sit there for a while. I watched another person ask if the stalls where broken? The car hop got very rude with her when all she was doing was asking if she needed to move her car. Another car hop comes out ans asks for if there was an issue the lady asks to speak to a manger and was told she was very busy. When i called and asked for a manger. I was told she was busy again. Who is running the sonic???
Horrible. If I hadn't have already ordered through the app and paid for it I would have left. It took 45 minutes to get my food and it was cold and my shake was melted when I got it. She said hope my day gets better. Yeah right.
The worst! Wish customer service existed here but employees appear to just not give a sh#t! I sat at #2 stall for 10 minutes before leaving. As I was driving away I asked an employee walking past if the stall even worked and she said no and just kept on walking. A sign would have been nice. Will NEVER visit this location again.UPDATE: Looking at other reviews, do they not try to improve service based on reviews? Even tried calling the business to provide feedback but NO ANSWER!!!
Probably the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. And it’s multiple times. Either the drive thru or stalls are ALWAYS closed. Nearly impossible to see both open at the same time. Extremely slow. I never get my food right. It’s insane.

Very, very slow. I had ordered a drink on the app. I let them know I was there. I also pressed the order button. It was 10 minutes before they responded to the button. Then another 20 minutes for them to deliver one 44 oz drink (iced tea).They were very busy but 30 minutes is rather ridiculous for one drink.I had paid on the app or I would have just left. )
They only have the drive-thru open! They were not taking orders on the mobile app, so I could not get drinks at half price, even when I inquired at the drive-thru window. Wait times are pretty long. My guess is due to staffing, but it seemed like they at least four or five people working in the restaurant.
We had lunch at the Norman drive in, off 36th street. My hamburger was good, but they burned the 3 corn dogs!
Little things do matter and add up need to be addressed at this location. I get it’s the food industry, my father did it, but this constantly will effect business. It’s something I consider whether I really want before coming here.Example: Drive through only, there needs to be signs everywhere or people getting out to tell the customers. Sitting waiting to be acknowledged, just to be told to get in line is frustrating. I’m watching people leave the drive through right now.Clean up trash- make it accessible for customers in the drive through. Work on order to delivery time.I understand Covid variants are real and active, but that’s a call to stand up, not slack.Checklists- staff meetings. Good luck!
