Went to the sonic on 24th since it’s the closest to my house. My 8 and 5 year old were hungry and I was not feeling well enough to cook so I asked what they wanted and they decided on sonic. No one ever answered the speaker at the 24th location after 15 mins and 3 button tries so we landed here. I went through the drive thru considering I didn’t wanna relive that experience again and that my children were still hungry. Colby answered the speaker right away. I told him I wanted a wacky pack kids meal, hamburger plain, tots, and a small cherry slush with nerds. I didn’t give him an opportunity to ask the side, drink etc. usually when I do that anywhere I go including sit down restaurants they somehow have a hard time comprehending or listening. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 3 years at Sonic and sit down restaurants so I know what it takes to work this job and it’s really not that hard. Colby showed me that there are still great workers out there that helpmake these experiences enjoyable. Hints the word fast food! He was fast, efficient, attentive and helpful. No attitude detected or any sense of hesitation or confusion. I order all my food like that to HELP considering you’re gonna ask me, what kind of wacky pack, what kind of side, what kind of drink, etc. so for him to really get it right without asking me “HUH? What did you want on that burger? No cheese? No condiments? What did you want for your side? Wait what was that drink?” was very impressive although it’s nothing to really be impressed about because it’s part of YOUR JOB TO TAKE THE ORDER CORRECTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I did order other items as well and he got all that correct along with my condiments on the side which sonic is notorious for leaving out. So once again thank you Colby and staff for having someone on your team like him. This will be my go to sonic from here on out. Give him a raise!
They were hateful, and I don't know why. I literally pushed the button and got a voice saying, "we are drive thru only". Even though there were probably 10 cars in the pull up section. The speakers cut out so I pushed the button again. The guy was apparently walking outside to deliver food and I saw him snap his fingers and say " I SAID WE ARE DRIVE THRU ONLY". I had my children with me. It took everything I had to not reverse over him. If I could give less than 1 star i would. I WIll NEVER go back that sonic.
Got their Dr Pepper at happy hour...always good and refreshing. Always buy bag of ice. Meals are expensive, so I get Monzarella sticks or Cheddar Peppers. Mom good.
Better service from two years ago they are all so nice and I never wait long for anything .
Mainly go there for drinks,their food has become boring and pretty much it all taste the same.
Order was correct. Service was fast. But I literally live 3 minutes away and the food was COLD! Called customer service. No satisfaction. There are several other burger places close to me. Will be going to those from now on.
Used the Sonic app to order and food was ready when I arrived. Got the regular coney with chrlli, cheese and onion. One of my favorites.
I came in there and this is wat I got the popcorn chicken was cooked to long and barely any sauce on it I'm upset about this ? I can't even barely eat it the carhop Uber was very nice tho he needs a raise
I was going to sit in the outside seating (as I was a "walk-up" & you can't stand in the drive-up order stations). I stood at the communal ordering station, waiting to place my order, and after 15 mins. a Supervisor came out & said the outside speaker wasn't working properly - that they could hear me, but I could not hear them & she just hadn't gotten around to putting an "Out of Order" sign on it. She then offered to take my order.
Love ? Sonic Drinks! Strawberry ? vanilla Dr Pepper they have the best cook in norman!
