The food is great. Ashley's service sucked! (The receipt said Ashley.. She was tallish with dark hair and glasses) She was extremely rude! She was in such a hurry to get away from our car she didn't give us a chance to tip then when we asked for napkins she came back out huffy with an attitude. Again guys the food great as always it was her that left a bad taste in our mouth.
Tried new double patty melt and it was amazing. Loved the lemonade strawberry slush.
They let me order onion rings made me wait for about 8 minutes, then came out to my car, said, "did you get the message" I said no! Then they tell me they don't have any onion rings. Everytime it's something last time hamburgers no lettuce tomatoes onions pickles they promised the world when we called but nothing it's a shame we can't get service at fast food places I just want my food right not oh! Sorry come back in we'll fix it. No one has time for that. Again this is not the first time.
Food was fine but while I was waiting between paying and getting my food at the window, I could make out one of the managers yelling at his workers. Suppppper unprofessional and by the looks of it the employee was young and on the verge of tears.
Food was nasty. Drinks were not correct at all. I ordered a cranberry slush and I ended up with something that did not resemble a cranberry slush at all.
Sonic food is the best and the manager that runs the business is one special lady who cares about her employees but most importantly she cares about making sure that customer service is as close to 100% as she can
It was pretty good i like their breakfast burritos the Jr. Ones an i love their Strawberry Lemonade i like to get one everyday
My order was ordered from online app. So easy! Food was hot and delicious. It was lunchtime but my food was delivered so quick. Customer service and food is always great here. This is my favorite Sonic.?

Forgot my wallet so pulled up the app and ordered from it! Life saver--- ok h-angry saver! Easy peasy done and done! They did forget the ketchup and salt/pepper that I asked for on app but whatever ?
