I'm not usually a person to complain and it does not take much to make me happy. But when you order through the app and then end up waiting 20 minutes after arriving for only 2 drinks that's a little ridiculous. That's ok though, I am a patient person. If that had been the only disappointment I would not be here writing this though. When our order did finally arrive the carhop did apologize for the wait claiming they were waiting on tea to brew. There is absolutely NO way that was fresh tea! It literally tasted like it had been in the urn for days! If it was indeed fresh tea then that urn needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I used to work at Sonic for many years and was shocked at the laziness when it came to keeping the tea urns clean. They MUST be taken completely apart and washed EVERY SINGLE DAY! The spigot builds up mold and debre if you don't. You cannot just rinse it out!! This has happened far to many times at this location and I have asked privately several times to remedy this. This is such a simple fix that should not have to be brought to corporate attention. Such a shame really that this location cares so little for it's costumers. I was so excited when it was built as I live so far out in the country it was too far of a drive to go into town for my sonic cravings. Unfortunately I will not be back to this location and neither will my family. You have just lost 15 customers over a cup of tea.

Took my grandkids for a quick bite. The store was very busy during the half price drinks hours. We got 3 corn dogs 1 pretzel with cheese sauce 4 drinks and 1 mast were shake. All the cooked items were hot and fresh. The drinks and shake were made correctly. The kids and I totally enjoyed the food. After finishing the food 2 of the kids and I got a ice cream cone. The service was slower than most of the in town Sonic's. But this was a store in a small town with all the teenagers still at school. For being so busy and working as fast as they did, I was very happy with how they handled the rush.

This place has gone down hill, their mozzarella sticks aren't fully cooked half the time same with their cheddar bites. Popcorn chicken is 98% of the time way over cooked to the point you can't bite into them, majority of the time my order is wrong. Most the time it take them more then 5 mins once the screen says they're coming to bring you, your food. They take awhile to answer your call. I have been coming to this sonic randomly throughout 2017-2022 and it has over the years gotten worse. They don't seem to care at all.Looks as if they eat part of your food especially if it is popcorn chicken or fries and put it back in.They either need new management that is on them all the time and or hire new staff that actually cares.

Unbelievable!! No one answered the RedButton. After 15 mins (yes waaaay to long). We went to another stall. Same problem. People were leaving, some got in the drive through some left. I told one car hop the buttons were not working. She said, YES THEY ARE, WE JUST ARE NIT ANSWERING THEM!!! WTH?? 2nd time in a week I had to leave with no food!! Will NOT be back!!

The workers here are the best, food is hot. Gets my order right, kids can play on the playground they have here. It's cool!

Drinks are always good. The food at all Sonics have declined since being bought out. I am sad to say they had a good burger once upon a time.

this sonic literally sucks, went thru the drive through and took 5 minutes between every item i ordered. not surprised tho bc ive lived here my whole life and the service is always like this

Been waiting bout ten minutes, pushed the red button on the menu board still no answer there's roughly three of us four of us sitting here right now that have not been helped. This is poor management and mismanagement and lack of staffing skills something needs to be done about this immediately somebody needs to have a manager brought here that knows how to run this place or get somebody they can. Very poor customer service. At least for customers left due to being not answered and no service. They're more worried about the drive-thru and online orders not the people that are pulling up and ordering at one of the stalls.

Folks I've lived in this town since long before sonic and have had plenty of this sonic and plenty of other over many many years let me save you the disappointment if you want sonic make the trip to any one other than this one. And Mr owner who ever you are I dare you to call me and let's arrange a ride along let me take you to eat at any other sonic then let's come eat at your sonic your management is not doing its job you should shut this place down and walk away call me at 405821554eight

You have 1 job 1 when I order a burger with no mayo or ketchup just mustard, then I get my burger and it has mayo on it t .. obviously you don’t know your jobs the fries were cold and soggy and to think y’all want a pay raise .. my 5 year old grandson could have done a better job .. I will NOT be back
