Quick, friendly, & they have delicious drinks!
Really great coffee but you can’t modify the food because it’s frozen and individually wrapped. I don’t get why the food would be so expensive when it’s literally thrown in the microwave
This is a red bull infusion with no ice. ($6.99)I know drinks are all ice but damn.A year ago I could not recommend this place enough but they are so bad now. I have tried to give them a few chances since but I think I am finally done with scooters. The last 3 times I went my drink was wrong and the barista's did not offer to remake. In short save your money and go to one of the other 4 coffee shops on main.

Amazing service and personel but not a real coffee shop. Terrible product. Bought the everything bagel sandwich and it was so tough I could barely eat it, watered down cold brew and they asked if I wanted a shot of espresso with it...
Excellent food and service fast so not late for work.
The order ahead option is a JOKE! on the screen where you order it says place your order and your drink will be ready in 1 to 3 minutes. This is incorrect they do not start your drink until you arrive at the speaker and tell them you are there for your online order. The app has any and all drinks ever served available to order including drinks that are not available at the location. I will no longer use this app until I know it’s fixed. It feels like it was launched without any thought for the customer. This location gives IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and this app Is hindering them
Friendly barista‘s with great attitudes! Yummy breakfast burritos and muffins, delicious smoothies and I love their tea!! They get customers through quickly, correctly and with smiles.
The upselling is annoying. I'm sure they are trained that way but very off putting.If I want to add something, I will ask for it. The first item they try and upsell, of course! But after each item to try and get me to spend more is ridiculous. My wife also likes lattes and when I order hers with milk substitutions but still add whip, they never put it on. The flavor is good on the drinks but the service just lacks.
This is the oatmeal I ordered from Scooters this morning. Thanks for the 3 bites, so glad I waited in line for this. Next time I want oatmeal I will go to Starbucks.
