clean and friendly the staff is very professional and will help u with a smile. but the people who I think needs a good job and pat on the back is the ones that work in the backgrounds are the ones that park our cars they are the nicest people there.

I used to win here all the time, but now it changed. I won my first jackpot here. Oh and I'm convinced that if you dress up, and your female, you're going to hit.

The rooms are beautiful. Nice and clean. The afternoon staff seemed ready to help and make suggestions. However, several huddled around front desk talking. That's what I found to be true in the casino too. Years ago, my husband got burned by hot coffee because staff were playing around by the coffee & drink bar.This morning I got up thinking there besides the coffee & juice bar would at least be some donuts & Danish...no. I'm sorry??!! Why not...I have spent plenty of money here! I'll stay at a hotel in Noeman next time.
Nice area. Stayed in my travel trailer. Large parking lot. All areas are cleaned and well maintained. Nice inside. Variety of food choices. I was very pleased.
The worst buffet in the country at the highest price. We were traveling that way and didn't bother stopping. If you're going to charge that much give people great food or lower your price. Better yet, lower the price and give people good food. They don't even have all of the items that they say they have

Chips N Ale is good food. Never had buffet. Machines have turned bad! Use to go and have winning sessions…last few months NOTHING. Glad I’ve given up gambling cause it’s just taking money anymore. Bartenders are great and make amazing drinks! Wait staff is friendly. Bathrooms are normally kept up. Huge issue is meth heads late at night. Walking around grabbing tickets etc. Could be cleaned up as far as that goes. Anyways. That’s my two cents!
