great place to eat and Cameo the manager is the best I've ever had!
Great date night with my wife. Kassandra did a steller job of taking care of all our needs. She was attentive and friendly, without being a nuisance. Food was hot and delicious and the drinks were terrific. We will be back!
We were there for an early dinner. We were seated right away and had excellent service. Our meal choices were good and we enjoyed the cheddar bay biscuits while we were waiting. My only complaint is that red lobster is one of the many restaurants that does not post drink prices on the menu. My policy is that if the restaurant will not post the prices of the drinks I will not order one, not even a soft drink.
They are in need of remodeling and then food is nothing like it used to be. and Covid is not the blame! Very disappointed in the lack of maintaining. It used to be out favorite.

I have to start with how friendly our waitress was. She was attentive, fast, and helpful. The food came out very quickly and everything was hot. As for the food something's were a hit some were a miss. I've had red lobster many times before, I have to say it's not as good as it used to be. The biscuits are great as always. The bisque soup was not good. It was way too heavy and maybe even cheesey. The calamari was good but needed to soak up less oil. We got one of the lobster dream platters. The lobster, scallops, and Walt's shrimp were all good. But the garlic shrimp, rice, and mashed potatoes were not. I think you just have to know what to order to be happy with your visit.
I just ate Red Lobster for the last time. I used to eat there often when the portions were bigger than the check. Nowadays the portions are quite embarrassing. When my waiter placed my meal in front of me I had to look three times to make sure he brought everything. It actually looked like a baby girls plate setting in her play room. I ate it all and wasn't close to being satisfied for the amount I paid for this "feast". Next time I get fish hungry it will be catfish for me.
We entered and the host just stared at us. Not hello or welcome. Just like we were in the wrong place. We eventually ordered takeout and while waiting the host brought a work buddy to the front with him. The original host proceeded to eat a cheddar biscuit he retrieved from the kitchen while the second host picked at and cleaned his fingernails with a toothpick...at the entrance as patrons were arriving for lunch. I was disgusted. But I still ate them cheddar biscuits!
The food was really good, I think that in general the place could definitely use some upkeep as far as Maintenance goes. I feel like when I think of red lobster I think of a moderate to upscale seafood house. The serving staff was also above board. Just clean it up guys and gals.
