The customer service at this location has definitely declined in the last year. I mean people will just hand you your food and not even say anything or hand you your card and not say anything it's absolutely insane. I said to a girl the other night have a good night (I think she knows who she is so I won't call her by her name!) I say have a good night and this girl just looks at me and I said what's your name? And she told me her name and I said have a good night blah blah and she said okay thanks you too. And I looked at my husband and I said I feel like I had to just teach a girl how to do her job you know how to say have a good night, or you know enjoy the rest of your day. It's just the simple things like these people will say nothing and then look at you like you're crazy when you tell them to enjoy the rest of their evening.
Visited this place 03-18-2022. Its one of my favorite chicken places. I noticed on my last visit that the size of the chicken fingers are now nearly half the size now of what they used to be. I didn't mind them raising the price.....but now the portions are much smaller. Just raising Cane!! :(
We always want ours done extra crispy , they always remember the order and do it perfect. The staff is super nice and we enjoy going there.
I got what amounted to 4 NUGGETS for a 13 dollar meal. I don't know what the heck is going on with them but they have steadily become an absolute ripoff! Get your restaurant in order!!!!
Great place. A little loud at lunch time for dining in. But the tenders are fresh and the staff is pretty quick on getting orders handed out.
The menu says "Chicken Fingers" but they're more like chicken nuggets at best. $8 for a 3 finger combo feels like a rip off. The first time we went to this location a few months ago, I felt like I got a good value for my dollar. Every visit since then, the chicken has gotten smaller and smaller and smaller, and most recently the fry portions have shrunk too. I didn't get a picture but my meal came with maybe 1 potatoes' worth of fries, and that's being generous. The chicken fingers look like something you'd see on a kids menu. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Good food and price. Definitely a place to go if you like chicken!
Never disappointed guess when they only sell chicken means they have master yummy I've had it twice back to back ?
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is something we hardly have on the west coast so whenever I’m around one I have to stop by for a The box combo. The box combo comes with 4 chicken fingers, Texas toast, coleslaw an a drink with one cane sauce. However I usually sub out the coleslaw for another slice of Texas toast.
Although the menu only has 4-5 items on it they do it excessively well.Due to the lack of a massive menu, even if there is a large line it goes by quickly, must say one of the fastest places I've gone.The chicken is awesome, especially with the sauce provided in each combo; the fries are probably the best fast food fries I've had before, and the toast is delicious.Overall I'd have to recommend going to here every once and a while.
