I love Pizza shuttle the people are really friendly but they need to listen and repeat back the order I ordered a spaghetti last night with meatballs and they gave me cheese bread other than that I love it
The guy on the phone for my order at 11:20 11:30 got my order wrong and when I called to try to fix it at 12:30 and the guy on the phone was to be rude not fix my order proceeded to mock me say a few more insults then hang up management must be a joke driver was great tho that 5$ tip better go to him
Would give zero stars if I could. I called in order for pickup at 5:53 and was told would be ready in 25 minutes. We arrived at 6:25 to pickup our order and then had to wait another 30 minutes for our pizza to be ready. I don’t think they had even started cooking the pizza until we arrived. Very disappointed and will never go back to this store. No compensation whatsoever for their lack of professionalism. Will say the girl that brought out our pizzas did apologize. But will never order from them again.
Best location hands down! I just had a great experience here. I messed up on my order and they girl in the front helped me out and made some of the best cheezy bread I've ever had there. I also got to hear some great jokes. All around great place
Usually have a pretty good experience with the Pizza Shuttle off Alameda, not this time. Pizza was burnt. If it had not of been a delivery order, I would have walked back in the store.
A Norman staple. Not the best, but not the worst. They deliver late. Very reasonably priced.

Every single time I order Shuttle over the past few years, quality is lacking, something is messed up. My husband worked there when we moved here 2 decades ago. I know PS quality. Tonight, my Italian sandwich had no cheese, very little lettuce, 2 slivers of tomato. I mean, so what on the lettuce, but I definitely missed the cheese and tomatoes. At 7+ bucks a sandwich, no sandwich deals anymore, that's messed up.
Placed an online order at 530 pm, fairly busy time, and it was ready before 6! This is my first time having this pizza and I can say it’ll be our new pizza place! So. Dang. Good. Love it!!!
They're fairly quick at this location, even on weekends, the food is usually ready in about 10 minutes. Definitely take advantage of (Google) the specials and coupon deals for the best prices. Try their chicken alfredo (no vegetables, add cheese) You're welcome. The pockets (calzones) are also tasty and the cheesy bread is delicious. They're a bit unorganized and always have to adjust the (coupon/total) prices when you pick up the food, but it's good and fast service
