Ordered delivery thru the app. Paid for delivery with tip. App notified me that the order was delivered. No food. Called the store, couldn't find the order. No apology, no refund, no discount, just a promise that they will "try to deliver it again". What a joke.Update: food arrived 2 hours after it was ordered. The original order, not a fresh one. Food was barely warm. Driver told me I couldn't have it unless I paid him cash. For the order I already paid for. I had to call the store again personally so the driver would give me my order since he refused. I will never order from here again.
On 4/24/2022 6:28pm. I ordered a medium specialty pizza and a order of garlic bread. My delivery was supposed to be 42 to 59 minutes (is stupid), I finally received my order at 8:05pm. During this wait the tracker said my order was on its way which would be with the 42-59 minutes. I later received a text stating that my order was being delivered by door dash. Doordash sent me a text telling me that a driver was on its way to the restaurant. I received a text stating they were on their way and it would be 5 minutes, it then changed to 11 minutes, them 15 minutes. The door dash driver had another delivery that he delivered first. So I called the driver and her apologized and said he would be to my house soon. During all of this I tried contacting the restaurant and kept listening to pizza hut messages. Never got through to the restaurant. The restaurant NEVER contacted me. Is this the Pizza Hut way to do business? SCREW THE CUSTOMER AND NEVER TRY APOLIGIZING FOR IT?
Amazing customer service! Make you feel like family, clean open dinning room , great pizza and chicken wings. Super sweet cinnamon rolls , my new fave hang out place. Beats the other P.H. locations I've been to!
I have to give a big shout out to JJ at this location. Never fails he goes out of his way to make sure we get great service. This type of service is slowly fading so thank you JJ. We will continue to come to this location. Ohhhh and the pizza was incredible!!!!
Upon arriving at the time when our pizzas were to be ready for pick up, we were informed that our 2 pizzas were given to somebody else. We had to wait for them to be cooked again. No compensation was offered. Highly disappointed.
Deliver the right order, prepare the rest of my order properly, answer the telephone when calling to attempt to correct the order. Literally only the chocolate chip cookie was correct. Pizza not only wrong but also damaged and breadsticks wrong...
The young woman was very nice and didn't mind doing her job. It was refreshing! The pizza and wings were fresh and hot.
We stopped eating at Pizza Hut for some reason a while back. Not sure why. Then one day we just decided to go back. It took me back to my childhood. Great customer service and great pizza crust! The original crust is crispy with just the right amount of grease! MmmmmmMmm
We have ordered from this place approx 3-5 times and every time they find the smallest way to mess something up. They aren’t huge problems so we’ve given it a couple of chances but whether it be getting thick crust and not thin as ordered or getting the cinnamon sticks instead of the bread stick or getting the wrong sauces on our wings or none at all there’s always the smallest thing wrong
I only gave it two stars because it was ready when I got there and the staff was nice. We quit going to Pizza Hut years ago and they reminded me why...I thought for sure they had changed to keep up with the competition. It was worse than 5.00 pizza. When everywhere else has natural fresh ingredients it's tough to go back to frozen processed food. No flavor super weird tasting and texture. Super disappointed especially for 30.00 worth of food we didn't eat.
