This place is a joke when it comes to tracking your pizza or even knowing a slight estimate when it will be ready. I ordered a pizza tonight and it said it would be ready in 15-25 minutes. when i walked in 20minutes after i ordered they had not even begun. not that they were busy, in fact i was the only one with an order they had to make they were just too busy talking to notice the order. They then told me it would be out in a few minutes. After over 45 more minutes of waiting I finally got my pizza with no offer of discount or apology.
AWFUL FOOD AWFUL SERVICE. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, the pizza was lukewarm, so much so that the cheese in the stuffed crust was cold, hard, and stiff. Just imagine stuck a cheese stick in a piece of dough, that's what I got. Nothing like the "melting cheese" they presented on their door. I told the women in the store that the pizza is not hot just based on the temperature of the bottom of the box, she insisted that it was hot. I will never order anything from this Papa John's location. Definitely noticed a sense of arrogance when they talked. Probably an acquired habit of dealing with college kids/customers frequently since it's close to campus.
Went out of there way to deliver to me! And they were about to close in 15 minutes!! They rock I just ordered can't wait
Fast, best pizza anywhere, and they're even friendly at this location.
i ordered delivery from this location a few years ago and they never delivered my food. i waited over two hours and they lost my order and i ended up having to inside the store and get it. i decided to give it another shot tonight and what do you know… i waited an hour, the tracker says “delivered” and i don’t have my pizza. i called the store and they said “we don’t know what happened and that delivery driver went home” ???? am i just the unluckiest person when it comes to papa johns or is this location just AWFUL? i would give it zero stars if i could.

I wouldn't come back here, if my food was free..... Not one person in the store was wearing gloves, I seen 3 people come in from driving/delivering pizza and go straight to the pizza making station NEVER WASHED THEIR HANDS.... Same with the cash register, employees take money then go make pizza.... NEVER WASHED THEIR HANDS!!! The last straw the night I seen all this was when I watched an employee smoke his nicotine vape IN THE STORE.....
I wish I could give them negative stars but everytime I order there always something that happens, a two hour delay or them losing my order.
The help is played back but the quantity of the pizza is great.
Papa John's HQ should be proud of this example of young employees. I'm a USAF Veteran visiting the area, and the Oklahoma University Sooners main campus has a gem right in the middle of it! The two individuals manning the ship were busy when I arrived for my carryout. Very professional and cordial they were. And later, to find the pizza was great too! The only reason I went of course. KUDOS GUYS!
