Where do I start. I’ll start with this location.. I love Panera way more then I should but that’s because I’ve always had great experience at other locations, however this location just continues to be a disappointment.. I understand we’re all going through some time right now. What I don’t understand is how I can come to this location several times a month(3days in a row this week/one to redeem the coupon for a previous mess up) and every time they get something wrong.. Along with the food tasting bland and old 2/3 times as well as forgetting items in my to go orders. It’s so effing disappointing to get to the house and realize your order is messed up.. Fair to say I’m not coming back to the Main Street location in Norman.
This is my 3rd time to dine in. No longer will I be. The tall guy they have taking food out to customers is not socially aware of personal space and boundaries. I was brushed up against 2 different occasions when my mom was getting tea. I made a remark to a worker and they practically dismissed me. I will no longer be coming inside due to me not feeling very safe. I surely hope Panera is not employing unsafe people. I'm baffled at the no response or dismissal of a worried customer.
As usual terrible experience at Panera. I don’t know why I keep trying this place it’s always a let down. Just walking in the door there’s a million dirty fingerprints on the door, tables dirty, dishes stacked. It’s COVID for goodness sakes. Kicker today they never called my food was ready so it sat there at least 10 minutes. I try to give some grace with the rest of it but won’t be back. Even with a gift card. Get better customer service and timing with Taco Bell. Shame on me for going back.
When you walk in you can smell the aroma of fresh baked bread. They have amazing salad, soups, and sandwiches. All kinks of breads and baked sweets also. Service was good and place was clean.
Food was great and very fresh! Service was excellent. The staff from the time we arrived to the time we left was wonderful! Thank you all for a pleasant dining experience!
Not clean. Smudges all over windows, carpets need vacuumed, tables are full of crumbs, bathrooms are disgusting, dirty dishes left on several tables.
Drive-thru speaker is very horrible. Staff can never hear us. Sweet girl on order taking And the gentleman is very nice at window but really need to fix that speaker. It's been years like this it seems. Horrible.
I came through the drive through this past week to get my Hospice pt soup. They forgot the butter for her bread. I pulled back up to the window but she refused to help me unless I went to the speaker system. I backed up to the speaker No one else in line and the girl literally yelled you must pull around the building appropriately Now. I pulled around the building Still no one else in line to get my patients butter.As a Nurse as a Human I would Never be so disrespectful to someone that I screwed up the order. Do Better Panera
Panera food is 4-5 stars, but their service time, whether ordering inside or using the outside drive through, is absolutely DISMAL. I would blame a temporary lack of staff, but the wait time has ALWAYS been the WORST.
Pulled into the drive through and attempted to order breakfast at 8:45am. They told us 5 sandwiches was too much to order there we’d have to come inside. They didn’t seem overly busy. They told us it was over their time or price limit for the drive through. It’s too bad, we’ve had many good visits there. Don’t know whether that’s a corporate or local policy but it was off-putting, so we took our business elsewhere.
