Amazing food, kind staff, and clean restaurant! The 1-star deduction is because sometimes some of the food is out or being cooked. However, it means the food is pretty fresh which is great so hardly a deduction. Excellent restaurant!
Had an online order placed that said it would be ready at 7:25, but it wasn't ready and fulfilled until 7:51.On top of that, as they were fulfilling my order, a group of customers walked in and they completed their order before completing mine.It's not a question of quality, but I don't think I'll be coming back after this visit because of how long I had to wait. 20+ minutes after the time they said it was supposed to be ready is not good service.
I placed an order on line. When I got there to pick it up I was informed that they had no sun fired chicken or sesame chicken. Only had some thighs. Could not get a refund from them. Had to fill out on line and it's been 2 days and still not reply or refund. I will not buy anything from them again
I love Panda Express but this location is REDICULOUS! Walked in and waited about 2 minutes to be told they are only serving drive through customers because they only had 4 workers. How many does it take? Whey were the doors unlocked? Attached a picture of their drive thru taken as we left. The same worker was then seen on a smoke break outside. This location is awful.
I love panda express but not the one on hwy 9 and Classen. Go to any other but this one. This place is rude in the drive thru and when you ask them to take it easy on the broccoli they won't or say we can't do that. Well we've given them plenty of chances to try and make it right and every single time we get like a couple small pieces of beef with a million pieces of broccoli. The common plate we order is the bigger plate with 3 entrees, 2 beef broccoli and orange chicken. Now the chicken is a hefty size portion which is great but when you order DOUBLE beef and broccoli and you get hardly no beef every single time and even after asking them to take it easy on the broccoli then ya get frustrated. They say they can't but in the end run your getting no beef. The other stores have no problem with this issue only this one. Its sad cuz this one is on the way home and I'll go to the one by target now. They are a ton nicer and respectful when you order. In the picture is two different orders and we separated the beef broccoli to show how little beef there is. This is every single time from this place! After a dozen times im through with this place.
I love panda express and I like to go as often as I canBut this store is always having some sort of problem whether is be; they don't have anything cooked, or they aren't ready to open, or they stop making stuff super early. My point is, that whoever is in charge of this store is a joke compared to the other branches. When this location was made I was super happy to have one so close to home. But now we hardly ever come to this one because we can never eat here.PLEASE FIX THIS. I'd love to be a regular here
If i could give this panda no stars I WOULD. Paid 10 dollars for a not even halfway filled bowl. Had to just throw it away because the rice was so undercooked it was crunchy. WORST EXPERIENCE do not waste your money here. Even my sweet tea was watered down. I’ve called this store 5 times since yesterday and there was no answer from a manager to fix this so unprofessional no customer service skills.
Due to weather the restaurant was open for drive through take out only. Because we were in a multiple group, we kindly asked if the order could be separated. Very depressed sounding employee answered "no" and followed up with "because they said so."I've seen better customer service at Walmart than how this employee treated our group. Unless they're aiming for an authentic customer service experience in China, this was completely unacceptable.
food is fine. but the staff are literally so unfriendly and rude. every single time i come to this panda i debate it for about 30 minutes because they always have the worst attitudes. i understand having bad days i worked in service, but the fact that i’m treated bad every single time i come means the problem is your employees. do better.
I’ve had Panda Express 3x now from 3 different locations. The one at Riverwind was first, and it was delicious. The one in Noble was mediocre, and the one in Norman by Target was not good at all. I always get broccoli beef- and there was barely any beef and the broccoli was WAY over cooked and pretty gross.
