The teriyaki chicken was burnt. Black burnt. Took it to the server and showed them. They said they could not do anything about making it right.It was at least half of the serving.I used to eat at Panda Express at least 3 times a week.Every time I visit the store they are out of something. Sweet and sout sauce or something ..Guess I look forward to a new Chinese food restaurant to open near them so I can get good quality food
This Panda is what all other Panda's should strive to be. I am a Panda junkie but some Panda's will ruin the name like Panda on 23rd and Panda in Moore. You guy's and girl's though at this Panda rock it and make amazing, fresh, flavorful, mouth watering food every single time. No questions. Keep up the excellent work. Your loyal customer.
I eat at this location regularly and the service is always fast and the food good. However, the last 2 times I have tried to pay with Venmo they say their scanner is unplugged and they can't fix it. Don't advertise taking payment with Venmo if you can't actually do it.
first off- they were out of soy sauce. how does a chinese restaurant run out of soy sauce?? secondly, the chow-mein was basically all veggies. i ordered a bowl of chow-main and orange chicken and there wasn’t much chicken and like i said previously the chow mein was almost all veggies. not happy.
Didn’t get preset right. Left out multiple items but has it on the receipt as paid. Food was old and cold, the workers couldn’t add extra sauce for orange chicken because it’s not on the menu. Horrible service and food which is unusual. Called immediately after getting home in Moore to see these issues we called immediately for over 2-3 hours taking time in between and never got a response or answer. Not a way I’d run a business. Will be finding a new place to eat from now on. At least if they’d answer the phone we could resolve something. There was over 8 employees working so someone could pick up a phone. Word of advice maybe hire some adults instead of all kids. They’re running it into the ground.
This location is operated by mindless kids that have difficulty focusing on their job. Drive thru orders are rarely correct and they are consistently out of ordinary condiments like soy sauce. Don’t waste your time, just go to Pei Wei next door.

It was good. The food and the service weren't as good as they always are, but that was probably because they were swamped with people. So I'll give them that.
Between the two Panda Expresses in Norman this is the better of the two. They always seem to have everything cooked and ready to serve. The quality of the food is always great and they give good portion sizes. The staff is always welcoming and kind. If you want fast and good quality Chinese food I highly recommend this Panda Express.
Horrible experience. Ordered delivery which was delayed multiple times. When the food arrived, an entire meal was missing and what we did receive was room temperature. Tried to call the store to ask for help and got no answer. Waited a bit and tried to call again. Still, no answer. Not sure how to get our food or a refund. In any case, I definitely won’t be back to this location— or maybe any Panda Express.
