I was working late down the street and was starving! I called to see if they could do a to-go order, but since it was thirty minutes until close I had to go in, but I was determined for some pasta! Talked to a super sweet guy and I did not get his name, but when I went in he made sure to be prepared for me to come in and take my order. And as I waited he had my drink ready for me to sip on while I waited and they had it out quickly! He then brought my food out shortly after and put extra breadsticks in my order for the trouble! Which there really wasn’t any and he made my entire day.
Ordered Togo at the restaurant and was greeted by 2 young ladies, one had on a rainbow colored shirt. But they both greeted us as we entered. Once the Togo server got to the desk, he introduced himself as Marco and took our order with delightful pleasantries and responses as we ordered our food. We repeated our order also to insure we had thr correct order. He stayed very professional during that entire process, even when we forgot to tell him we were tax exempt at the beginning of our order as we usually do. Thanks for having him as a Togo server, he is an asset to the company.
Our waitress was Sydney. She was amazing! We had Fettuccine Alfredo’s and she was on top of everything and we greatly appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this location and for anyone to ask for this waitresses tables!!
Amazing desserts!! Went with a friend and she absolutely loved everything she ordered especially the bread! For me, the dessert was the best (I was craving sweets), everything was wonderful!
We had a great dine in experience. Our waitress was great, constantly checking on us & letting us know when our food would be there. Even the manager came around checking on us too, even while they were busy. Food was delicious & they always have great curbside pickup as well! I definitely recommend!
Great lunch today, our waiter was pretty good. He forgot a few things but as soon as we reminded him, he'd bring it.The food was very good! My friend ordered her chicken parm. with no sauce on it & sauce on the side so they covered her chicken parm with sauce and brought her am extra bowl of sauce. She was hungry so she ate it even though it was not how she'd like it.Everything was good until they seated 3 women with 5 or 6 screaming kids across from us.
Food was good. I always get the chicken and shrimp carbonara. Wasn’t too big of a fan of the the strawberry Bellini drink. Raspberry leads was good.
Very welcoming staff, great service, and wonderful food! Libby is the absolute best waitress. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail went smoothly. Highly recommend this location!
Had not been in years and I cannot remember why. The food was amazing! I ordered the Asiago Cheese stuffed tortellini with grilled chicken....you must go and try!
Worst Olive Garden experience ever! It took over 15 min for our family to be greated after we sat down at the table. Then 10 min to receive drinks after ordering. Our server Brittany was incredible rude and refused to bring Salad or bread sticks until our entree was on the table even though our entire family ordered entrees. Brittany seems to think bread sticks and Salad give her great power over costumers. Other servers were very quick to bring out bread sticks and salad. We ask for the manager and they were slow to visit the table and useless with customer service. With terrible management it's clear to see why Brittany was as rude as she was. Olive Garden should retain all employees with this experience immediately.
