We have never tried this place before. I have always wanted to try it. My mom and I came in and told the cashier we had never been here. There was no instruction given on how to order. She had a bad attitude and started snapping at us when we weren’t sure how to order. We will not be back here. They need to train their staff on customer service. No wonder it wasn’t busy.
The young lady behind the register was very rude and degrading to me and my daughter. It was our first time there and we told her such when she was wanting our order. She seemed impatient. She was very snappy with responses. I left there feeling defeated and demeaned. Costumer service has a lot to do with a businesses success. You never know what kind of morning or day the person you are serving has had, so why not be the sunshine in that moment for that person. She was a pretty girl, but no smile just real haughty attitude. She’s young so I hope she learns to spread happiness. Will not be back because I hate the feeling I left with. The young man who delivered our to go order was very friendly and had a great smile.

fav breakfast place! their cream cheese is bomb, along with literally everything else. If anything isn’t up to par, they fix it immediately and happily !! only lacking one star because sometimes you’ll get a moody cashier.
Breakfast- Jalapeno Bagel, Pepperjack Cheese, Egg & Bacon w/Earl Grey Lavender Tea. Yum
A great warm and cozy environment, plenty of space inside and seating options without feeling huge. I got a toasted breakfast bagel sandwich and it was AMAZING. Also got a hot caramel latte that was really good too!!! Highly recommend.
So good! So fresh! So delicious!Tons of options for everyone! We got a jalapeño bagel with jalapeño salsa cream cheese and WOAH. Amazing! We also got blueberry bagel with blueberry cream cheese…YES!Very quick to serve, I recommend getting your bagel toasted! Affordable, great quality. Every bite was mouth watering. I LOVE bagels now lol!
I love the fresh bagel dough and the different flavors of cream cheese. I am not a pickle fan and someone while making mine sat it on a pickle yuk! Hehe but the bagel and service and eating areas were all enjoyable! Coffee was hot and fresh!
I try something new everytime I come and have loved everything I have tried! I especially love their salt bagels. Staff is always really friendly and service is super quick. One of my favorite local restaurants!
